friendly staff, comfortable beds. quiet at night. breakfast choice quite ok (nice coffee and hot chocolate).

the room was pretty cold when we first entered (around 13:00), although the temperature outside was agreeably warm (mid-May); operating the room heating controls was not very straightforward nor intuitive, but somehow we got it working, so it was satisfactory in the end. Only one electric power socket (wall, about 30 cm above floor) practically accessible for charging phones etc (power socket on bathroom light switch not practical for this purpose). No power sockets next to beds; I like to use my phone for a wake-up alarm, so I prefer to have it charging next to the bed where I can just reach out to turn off the alarm when it sounds.

I have been staying at this hotel every year for the last 12 years .its a wonderful place but be prepared for a 300 meter or more walk from where you can park ,this is due to local changes in the area probably beyond the hotels control

This was our second stay in as many years at this hotel and found it even more enjoyable than last time. Staff was again very friendly, room 5 this time was better than room 6 last year, we can highly recommend dinner in the restaurant. Located right across from the lovely town park, with restaurants all around, quaint boutiques, pubs, shopping and even a vet all just steps away… perfect!

The beds could be better, a bit to soft and a little obliquely. There is no wall outlet next to the bed, so you need an extension cord to charge your phone, if you like to check it out at night for the time....

Maybe it's an Irish thing but we missed having a kettle in your room

Room was relatively large and spotless. Location was walking distance to the town. The breakfast was plentiful and good. There was also free parking just down the street.

The rainy weather!!

Location in the centre of the village with lots of green and space, while close to Eindhoven. We preferred that to being in Eindhoven but is only advisable provided one has a car.
