If you are staying in Eindhoven, I would highly recommend this hotel. Minutes from the train station or bus from the airport. Minutes from bars and places to eat and a gentle 10 min stroll to the Phillips Arena. Very friendly on check in and throughout our 2 day stay. Family room., 2 x king beds and others who stayed also had good rooms. Never had breakfast but it looked good. I did stay here 17 years ago and again this time. A wonderful place to stay if in the area.

We had a great stay in the Crown Hotel, the staff was really friendly and location was perfect. Room was clean and sound-proof, even though it was right on the street, we didn't hear any noise. On our last day of the stay we had to leave before breakfast, but since it was included in our price, they were kind enough to give us breakfast boxes with sandwiches, apples, pudding and juice. Since we arrived before our room was ready, they allowed us to leave our luggage.

We think that the breakfast selection could be bigger, however the breakfast we had was still tasty. We also wish we had fridge in our room.

It was very comfortable. Very clean and modern hotel. You have everything you need there, also a little gym. The gym could be a little more equipped, but totally okay. The hotel is in the centre of the city. The parking is a little bit problematic if you come by car. They have a private parking for 20€ per day. Not very cheap but otherwise the other parkings aren’t very cheaper. All in one a very nice hotel and also friendly staff, always smiling and kind. I would highly recommend it.

The parking is very expensive for one day, there is no parking for free at the hotel.

The location is excellent about 5mins walk to the train Station. It is practically surrounded by excellent restaurants plus there's a big supermarket just 3 mins walk away. Lots of shops around too. The room was quite big with enough storage space. Spacious bathroom as well. The staff were very helpful especially the evening guy at reception who booked our taxi.

I would have preferred a shower to a bathtub personally but at least there was a grab rail which helped in getting in and out of the tub. The big minus was the water pressure - something really needs to be done to fix this!!

The staff was excellent at the front desk. Very helpful and willing to serve the needs of the client. The location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was good and the amenities offered more than enough.

The cleaning was below average. After 2 days, no new towels were provided unless we asked. The cleaning staff came after our demand to tide up and clean the room, but the cleaning was below average. It is a shame for a hotel in an ideal location not to have a good cleaning level.

The hotel is close to Eindhoven Centraal (Train) Station and opposite to a convenience store (Albert Heijin - AH). It locates In the middle of or nearby supermarkets and foods/restuarants. A bus stop is only 50m away.

Room is small. It seem like there is no single bed or twins, only a double bed but two single blankets instead of a double sized blanket. Room is not clean well, dusts were found on shelf or edges. Air-conditioner relies on a central system. My first night was cold, I would like to use heater mode but I could not change.

It is very close to the central station and even though the street was lively in the evening, none of the noise penetrated to the room. I was able to regulate the temperature easily. Everything was clean and nice.

The bathtub was a bit too small. Although there was a little glass barrier to help not splashing water all over the bathroom it was very hard not to. So I squatted in the bathtub and on the way back up I very painfully scratched my back on the water pipe. Not to say the water was running so slowly it took me thrice as long to take a simple shower.

My room had a really nice interior design, the breakfast was also quite nice and offered everything I was looking for (dairy products, scrambled eggs, juice, milk etc.). The breakfast times were also quite convenient. Location is great, 3-5 minutes by foot from the central train station and its located right in the center of Eindhoven. The outside noise was not really noticeable in my room even though I had my window to the main street, another plus.

The fitness room does not offer much, but if you want to do some cardio it's fine I guess. The temperate in my room felt quite low, and changing it via the terminal in the room did not really lead to any changes.

Booking was easy, and the location was ideal. The bed was comfortable, they had a small coffee machine in the room., The 12pm check out meant I could sleep in without rushing. It seemed pretty busy with guests, although the check in and out was fast

Seemed a little cheap in some ways, like thin toilet paper, no toiletries except for a generic shower gel attached to the shower wall, and some of the lights (by the bed) weren't working

Great location - literally 2 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes to the open air restaurant areas Great breakfast - really organized and good options including specialty teas and coffee, everything to make your ideal yogurt granola pot, hot items like scrambled, hard boiled eggs and bacon. Continental items like hams, cheeses, and obviously the pastries. Big room compared to other hotels Cleaning service is good. Room has kettle and speciality tea and coffee - nice touch.

Room had a really ugly view of service area behind the hotel - all we could see were ventilation ducts and fire escapes. Guess we were unlucky. Would have preferred a higher room with a view of the street. Room was a bit dark, dark carpet, dark furniture. Carpet needs changing to a lighter colour and lighting needs a review. Bathroom needs some care - toilet looked recently changed and seat does not stay up due to an installation mistake. No lobby - this is probably a cosmetic aspect but it doesn't feel like a grand hotel. A very simple reception and straight to the rooms. I wouldn't recommend for a romantic stay. Doors are not so well insulated. Other travellers were making noise in the hall and we could hear everything.
