It was a very clean and well set up place and Mr. Freek was extremely supportive. I liked the duplex setting with the bedroom and bath and toilet on the upper floor. I also liked that the 'suite' had an independent entrance. A small issue with not being able to open the door easily was resolved by Mr. Freek showing that it just needed a little more of a pull. The best part was a wonderful set of free drinks - water (still and sparkling), fizzies (Coke and Fanta), Beer and even a bottle of bubbly (Pity I couldn't find the time and mental frame to open that by myself). Biscuits or savoury twirls were renewed everyday. Felt spoilt almost - I wish I had more time to spend in the room.

No microwave or a hob/induction stove. With one or both of these - it would really be a perfect place but considering the rest of the facilities I am sure there were clear reasons for not making cooking facilities available

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent — the city center is within walking distance, yet the house is situated in a quiet, peaceful side street. The building itself is beautiful, a lovely example of Dutch-style architecture. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful in every situation. I forgot to thank them in person, but we truly appreciated the delicious cheese platter we received as a complimentary gift — such a thoughtful gesture! As a bonus, PSV Eindhoven won the Dutch championship during our stay, so we also got a taste of how the locals celebrate such a great event, which made the experience even more memorable. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and we would happily return anytime. Thank you again for everything!

We had a magnificent host. Every day he replenished soft drinks and coffee capsules. We were suprised with local sweets, soft cheese, wine and similar. Place was made with high quality interior and decorated with original painitings and bronze sculptures. We found it exceptionally clean as well.

Not actially disliked but need to be mentioned. Washbasin was in the bedroom on the second level. Toilet, and bathroom were attached to the bedroom as well. If the four occupants are not close to each other it may be disturbing to the couple, sleeping upstairs. We were perfecly fine with this but having a tiolet on the first level would be more confortable.

We were in town for business, and this accommodation was perfect for our half-week trip. Located in an old picturesque red brick neighbourhood, we enjoyed walking each morning and admiring the old historical houses. Also, since we also had business in Rotterdam, the fact that we were close to the train and bus station helped us a lot. Really quiet area, very clean home and a very helpful host. Each day we found new treats prepared for us, and the host also refilled the mini bar every day. We had a great time, and we would totally recommend it.

Place close to the center, short walking distance. Each day I found small sweet or salty things in my room left by the owner in my absence. The place was clean, had all that is needed for a traveler. As I was travelling alone the entrance from the main house in the room without key lock gave me a sense of insecurity. All went good, the owner respected my privacy and only entered the room while I was away.

The room was very big and for me it was cold at 19 degrees on arrival.

A room with a direct entrance from the street (that was great, because we didn't worry at what time we will go out or come back). Quiet street and at the same time at a very central place (walk distance from bus station, from railway station, from the restaurants, from everything :) Freek is amazing guy! He welcomed us with a smile, he explained everything, so there were no questions to ask him! Every day we were pleasantly surprised with different treats in the room 😊😍 The minibar was daily loaded too (thanks, thanks, thanks Freek!) Everything was perfect! We will choose to stay there again, for sure, next time we visit Eindhoven.

There is nothing to improve. We like everything about this place!

Great and very large breakfast with a lot of options for drinks. Everything in the house seem to be designed for maximum convenience. 10 minutes of walking to the city centre. Overall a very pleasant experience!

There weren't any significant things that we didn't like. One thing to mention is that we had a two-story apartment, so if you don't want to go up and down the stairs, then probably don't go for that specific apartment. But for us it was fine and fun!

Loved the fact that it’s so private, the host was great, patient and very respectful and polite. The free mini bar was also a nice touch. Everything was clean and updated which was great.

The one thing I would have liked, was a way to easier access some streaming services, perhaps via a chromecast which might be an easier and cheaper option. Besides that everything was great.

Amazing location very close to the center of Eindhoven. Everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Freed is a very kind host and sometimes even surprised us with small gifts when we returned to our room.

Everything! Location was an easy walk to the train station as well as from the city center, so getting around was so convenient. The host was incredible and had a different little surprise for us every night when we got back to our room: (Cheese plate, candy bowls, stroop wafflles) The bed was extremely comfortable and had equally cozy bedding. Everything about this place was great.
