The staff was amazing, helped us a lot in a situation where we needed a room for one night and all the other hotels in Eindhoven were fully booked, including them. Besides that, the hotel is not even a one minute walk from the central station. The room was amazing! Clean, spatious, equipped with everything that you would need, even a free mini bar. Not to mention, the room also had an amazing view to the city! There’s also a restaurant on the first floor that offers decent food, and again very friendly staff! Overall, it was an amazing experience even though the night was full of unexpected unpleasant events.

Great design, furniture and modern appliances. Nice favours such as mini stoopwaffles and selection of teas + real coffee machine. A choice of soft lighting to make it a relaxing evening. The karaoke night in the bar seemed to be in full swing when I returned in the evening which was cool to see. Social hub by name and in action! I’ve stayed in their chain in Glasgow as well and it’s a great standard across the board.

It was a very cold night and I appreciate the “think green” attitude but I’d have liked to have been able to have warmed the large room better. Same goes for the shower temp, I couldn’t really get it hot enough for my tastes, but these are v minor issues.

Queen bedroom: -staff was super friendly and helpfull at the reception -Quiet, was worried about noise for this building being a student accommodation too I believe, but all good! (Our room was on the 18th floor) -Cleaniness of the room. -We liked the coffee (nespresso) machine including coffee pods, free of charge water bottles (and were replenned every time we finished one) -Provided: shampoo, conditioner, showergel, hand-wash, hand cream. -Hairdryer is a must for me and was available. -perfect location, lovely view We didn't opt for the breakfast so cant feedback on that (think it was around 15 euro a person) as we personally always prefer to eat elsewhere. I assumed the breakfast would be the standard egg, ham, cheese, bread, juice and yoghurt >_< Would suggest to try The Happiness Cafe which is only about a 7 mins walk from the Social Hub.

I don't have any major complaints at all, just a suggestion if at all possible to add more hooks/hangers in the bathroom. There was only 1 and it would be more convenient to have more to hang our towels. The shower drain was a bit blocked...

The location of the hotel was nice. Many staff were very friendly. I mean most of them. Specially liked Ms Kim at the front desk/reception, she was willing to take additional steps to keep the customer happy. She really needs a pay rise :-)

One lady at the reception not sure of her name but looked more of a Chinese origin, her interaction with Asians was not great. I did see that couple of times when at the reception she interacted with us(Asians ) and maybe others(Europeans/Westeners), there was a mark difference. She has a grin face interacting with us and its different with them. The room cleaning staff, really did not work on the toilets or the carpets in the room on a daily basis. They did just the bed. Also, suggest having more of the coffee, tea, sugar sachets in the room. When asked, were given just one or two of them.

A very young atmosphere The hotel is basically used as a hotel for students, but also a for regular casual travelers. its atmosphere young, trying to combine top hotel with a student gestahouse feel, this is how the staff behaves. At times it feels dormitory atmosphere in a good way.. They were super nice, the rooms are beautiful and relatively large, and the location right outside the train is excellent in my opinion.

i do believe its is over priced, for this kind of a hotel...in this city... if this hotel for students its for super rich students. but if people are paying....good for them

We liked the location, the equipment, the possibility of entertainment - the game room and the fitness studio. Large selection of breakfast menu. Access and willingness of the staff. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by one day.

On the contrary, we didn't like that wifi was not available. In such a device, we would expect a backup solution in the event of an outage. I was a little disappointed that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. As was the case in Social hub Amsterdam. We went almost certain that the hotel's facilities would be the same.

For me the hotel is very pleasant and nice, it is simple but provides full value. The hotel is modern and in an excellent location for those who need to travel by train every day. The breakfast is not bad at all and the staff is very nice.

I believe most were fine if I had to change something it was the standard of food served in the restaurant below, I had dinner there once and the food was just not good I left everything on the plate paid and went to eat somewhere else.

I needed a last minute place to spend a night in Eindhoven. I went here because it's really close to the train/bus station and had a great price. I was completely surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the soundproofing. There is a restaurant in the facility but I didn't have the opportunity to try it. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and many other stores within walking distance. The city centre is less than 10mins walk. It was a pity to leave after a day! If I'll be back in Eindhoven, I'll come back here for sure!

This hotel is letterly located at the Centraal Station of Eindhoven. The location couldnt be better if you travel by public transport. We have a room on the top floor with view on the trainstation and the surrounding. The room is very clean. The room still has carpet instead of wooden floor. I think they have used carpet to isolate the noise from the floor since the young residents (students) may have parties on their rooms. The room and the common area have a relaxed and student vibe. You may chill here after the check out. They have an open kitchen. They have weekly community activities. At all that for ca €85 euro per night.

Normally I like carpet on the corridor and the rooms. The carpet used in the small corridor and the bed room look like very cheap. Just like the rest of the furniture. The room has a small window. The dark color of the furniture and the bath room doenst help to enlight the space. The TV Screen is very small

Fantastic location right next to central station and popular city bars and restaurants. We arrived early and staff allowed us to leave bags at hotel so we could do some sightseeing. Incredible view of the city from high floor. Games room was good. Felt very secure with key pass lock in lift as well as the corridor to the room. Quiet, not a lot of noise from other guests.

Lights in room were horrid. If on higher floor the lifts can be annoying as they take very long to come up to top floors.
