Located in the center of Eindhoven, this is a nice hotel to stay at if you are going to a conference and are not planning on spending much time in the room. The rooms are efficient and serve their purpose well, but they are sparse, and you will naturally feel encouraged to stay out and network with the other conference-goers. Being off in a side alley also protects you from a lot of noise. Otherwise I appreciated a pinball machine in the lobby!

The pinball machine could have been in better shape. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

As a physically disabled traveller this is the best hotel I could ever choose! The room was massive with a flat shower with handles, very big. I was moving with a scooter for disabled people, so the room was in the ground floor. I parked it easily and safely to its lovely yard. The room was super clean, with plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo. Although I visited Eindhoven during Carnaval I didn't hear any noise, my room was very quiet, no external noise. Fabulous, I couldn't stay in a more suitable hotel. I will be back! Please pass my gratitude to Reception Team, Rafael and the other lovely members of the staff working on 3-7 March shifts. They were always with a big smile and a genuine care to support their customers. I will never forget how they helped me when I had an issue with my disability vehicle .

I was struggling a little bit with the narrow bed.

It’s modern, well kept and has a great location.

I paid extra via booking.con for “hi-speed internet”. When I got to the hotel, the employee said there was no such thing, and I got to use the free wifi. At least it was decent quality. Other minor “complaints” (overall experience was good); - pillows too soft - a bit noisy in the morning due to plumbing sounds - meeting room cannot be reserved - seats in meeting room are too low for the table, and it’s relatively dark - drinks are expensive (5,25 eur for a double coffee)

Modern, clean. Many socket outlets. Great TV, safetybox. Quick and nice check-in and check out. Possibility to buy various cooled beverages and snacks on site near the entrance inside the building. Fast internet/wifi - 300/100 mbps.

The bed, soft and in the middle consists of 2 single beds. So you either choose to sleep on one or another side 2nd shower-the high one didn't have enough water pressure. The 1st lower one is however good. Air condition too loud when turned on, the lowest temperature setting is +19°. It works.

Large warm duvet on bed, large walk in shower, large room, quiet location, no other buildings overlooking the room, right on one of the nicest streets for bars, restaurants and walkable to all other central areas.

Strange reception area with staff sitting in a closed office and a few computer screens outside on a desk for self check in. It felt impersonal when they asked me if I wanted them to check me in. Office wasn't always occupied by staff. emails asking me to click on links and fill in forms.

The location is incredible. 2 minutes walk from the centre. It's just off a beautiful street that's packed with really nice bars and restaurants, and far enough back from it that you don't hear any noise from it. It's gated as well, so there's no route directly past the hotel for non-residents. The staff are really friendly and informative. The full place is very clean. There is a self-service area that provides you with food, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, and hot drinks They have a pool table, plenty of chill-out seating and tables that can be used for work.

I have nothing negative to say.

Amazing stay!!! Me and my partner recently went away for a couples holiday, we explored around Eindhoven and visited Amsterdam during our stay. From the moment we were greeted at the hotel it was an amazing stay. We had an early start at 2am for our flight and Wendy was kind enough to let us check into our room early at 10.30am. We were exhausted, and appreciated this so much. We were also able to rent bikes from the hotel and have a lovely day in the area surrounding the hotel, it is in the middle of the town centre with everything local in walking distance. We would most definitely return in the future if re-visiting Eindhoven.

The hotel is very good. Absolutely self-service, which works flawlessly, they even have a WhatsApp bot which turned out to be very helpful and easy to use, as well as easy to use and fast self check-in. Really liked the design of the hotel, everything is clean and well organised. The foyer have a nice vibe and space to hang out as a group, there's even a pool table.

No hot water in the room (i.e. no kettle or coffee machine - which is fine for this hotel, but at least would be nice to have a cooler/boiler with hot water on the floor, not to go down to the ground floor).

The location is perfect, close to every attraction you could think of. The design is not for everyone but it's definitely something and leaves good impression. The lobby area is comfortable with lots of different couches and tables. There's also a self-checkout snack shop which is quite overpriced but rather helpful in case you need something here and now. The Wi-Fi is stable. The beds are comfy. All in all, I felt comfortable and didn't want to leave.

The flooring in the rooms is hard. I agree it might be easier to clean but it's quite cold to walk on, consider taking slippers with you. The soundproofing could've been better: I clearly heard people doing you know what from a couple of rooms down the corridor at night.

Location, comfortable bed, pleasant atmosphere, easy check-in.

The shower and sink in the room are very impractical. Not only is the shower see-through and both are clearly loud if the other person is working/sleeping, but the sink in the room and outside of toilet space was clearly not designed with women's needs in mind. The shower was also partially broken and the water pressure was low. Other than that, the hotel was great!
