The comfort, Mr.Marcel The Butler went over and ahead to make the experience as comfortable as possible, the quality of the bed, towels, bathrobe, slippers, and breakfast. It was indeed a high-end quality experience.

The laundry room that was right near the SPA room - this type of room is located in the basement, so the prep rooms are in the same location and the noise produced by the washing machines are annoying.

Located within 3 minutes of Eindhoven central station, the Little Grand is the perfect accommodation in the center of what Eindhoven has to offer. The apartment had everything you could need for a self-catered stay. I was only there for one night, but the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay too.

In the evening there seemed to be some loud music playing until quite later in the building. I'm not sure if this was from other apartments or from the hotel audio system itself. It wasn't very audible in the apartment and bedroom, but if louder I can imagine that it could be troublesome to anyone who is a light sleeper.

Located amazingly for the city centre, the apartments are roomy, and nicely decorated. Everything worked as it should, rooms were clean & tidy. Shower was hot & powerful, body wash/shampoo supplied & smelt great. The television had multiple channels and the kitchen was well equipped.

We found it difficult to gain entrance but eventually managed to get an answer from the door buzzer. The room was very very noisy from both the outside, who seemed to like to scream and shout and the guests above who it sounded like were moving furniture at 1am.

The location is exceptional. You are in the center of the center. The room was spacious. The kitchen had everything you need to cook.

Bed was uncomfortable (dip in the middle of the mattress) and linen was not very soft. Window is located next to Cinema complex so very noisy at midnight when the shows come out.

From the minute you walk in the door it's an experience, from The wonderful Marcel who is very chatty, helpful and lovely to our private elevator to our penthouse which was just beautiful and the bed oh my goodness it's like sleeping in a cloud 😍 the location is amazing also!! We will definitely be back

Not a thing everything was brilliant

Great location, really nice flat with fully equipped kitchen.

Only 1 set of keys. We were 2 adults with different schedules, and not being able to have a key each was not ideal. Check in process was a bit lengthy, we were given a tour of the flat and had to listen to explanations on how to use appliances, when it would have been better to just have an instruction leaflet for the oven, hob and aircon.

The host was so kind and welcoming The apartment was very beautiful and had a calm and worm feeling to it. Also the apartment was very clean and well equipped, and although located in a very central place it was very quiet.

The air conditioning in the bed room was noisy, my spouse is a light sleeper and he had trouble to fall a sleep. However we manage to work it out by cooling the living room and leaving the bed room door open.

Fantastic private basement apartment featuring a spacious bathtub, plush bed, and a well-equipped kitchen area (complete with an induction plate) and a cozy couch. The pièce de résistance, however, is undoubtedly the private sauna, directly connected to the apartment, accompanied by a shower area next door. The butler was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay here truly enjoyable.

This apartment has set a new standard for my future bookings; it was simply fantastic
