The apartment is situated in a former gas works that has been beautifully converted to flats and a couple of bars/eateries. Really quiet area with little traffic and a very easy 10 to 15 mins walk to the main square. Room was very nicely decorated with great facilities as well. Everything in there worked perfectly and the shower was particularly good - very powerful and huge. Great place to stay to explore the city as it was close enough but quiet in the evenings. Had an issue getting the code for the door as an email had supposedly been sent advising I needed to pay a 200 euro deposit but I hadn't received this email. A quick phone call later and the codes were sent once paid.

Beware that you need to pay a deposit before the codes are sent - which I didn't receive.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building. I received the access codes on my mobile an hour before arriving and everything with the access was very easy. We had 1 bedroom with very comfortable bed and pillows, another room with big sofa, a kitchenette with all we need. The bathroom is big enough. But the most exiting thing was the terrace - with a wide view of the surrounding houses and beyond them. Nice for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. I would recommend to have dinner at home because eating outside is away from my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the center - we were always walking to the main street with shops and restaurants. We had a memorable stay in Eindhoven.

The property boasts an exceptional location with stunning vistas of Eindhoven, in close proximity to the city center. Moreover, an array of charming cafes and restaurants grace its vicinity, ensuring both convenience and culinary delight at hand.

Regrettably, the property lacked complimentary parking; nevertheless, daily parking options were accessible, and arrangements could be made for car public charging. Additionally, we encountered a minor issue with the patio door, promptly resolved by the diligent cleaning team.

There is no door between bedroom and livingroom (even a curtain would be great), the heating is slow, the floor feels cold and there are no home slippers. The smoke alert does not have a button to stop it and there are no instructions about how to stop it if it goes on (yes, somehow we overtoasted some bread in the morning...) the staff helped us to stop the alarm.

Location was excellent. Interesting and innovative design of old industrial area. Very quiet and pleasant area but with nice bars and restaurants, 2 minutes away and 15 min walk into town and university. The apartment is in a really nice community of real Dutch people rather than a tourist compound.

Kitchen and Bathroom was modern and clean but the whole apartment could do with a deep clean - a few dusty corners and cupboards.

The apartment was above what I usually book, it was very comfortable and spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, big screen TV and located in a posh, quaint, charming neighbourhood of the city, a nice stroll away from the city centre. The apartment comes with a nice balcony/terrace that I didn't get to use because of cold rainy weather.

Inside the apartment there are no doors between rooms and no door to the kitchen. So if someone arrives late or wakes early, will bother everyone else, not to mention privacy if 2 couples choose to stay in. There is no possibility to leave your luggage in storage if you arrive too early for check-in. I had to do self-check in online - for someone who is not very young or very techy, this can be cumbersome. The cosmetics in the bathroom were 3 identical bottles of hair shampoo and the shower was not working properly, which I didn't expect at this price category.

the property location is ace, really great spot. The property is modern and has everything you need for a short stay. Very clear information to enter the property were received timely and were easy to use, so no issues at all. The place was clean and spacious.

The showered head leaked a little bit, but it was really minor.

I enjoyed the ease of the check-in process. No more having to wait around hoping there'll be a person at the reception or having to assign key holders. Codelocks for hotels is something every place should aim to implement. It solves all problems with key management, you only have to remember a 4 digit code and you're good to go anywhere. Checkout was also seamless, you just walk out and its done.

The room was quite nice. They also add a baby bed to the room which is also quite good. The bathroom was so nice and there were more than enough shampoo and conditioner which can be challenging when you stay more than one day

The apartment is well positioned, close to the city center. It has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need and a balcony. The bedroom is large and comfortable. It’s a place that I recall fondly.
