Nice hotel, good location and amenities, friendly staff :) the spa is a pleasant plus, flip flops and towels provided. The gym is small but good. In the room there's a coffee machine and a kettle, and a fridge. The bed is comfy! The table in the room is so big we even played board games on it. All is clean. Vanity set is also given which is nice. The location is comfortable to go to the city center, and if you're planning on going to Dynamo Metalfest it's a 30-40 minutes walk.

One of the machines in the gym needs some maintenance, that's about it though! Nothing major or to do with the room :)

Amazing hotel I could not say anything wrong about this hotel.. We stopped for a night for a sleep as we had been traveling to Poland in a car. Easy access from motorway and pretty easy to get out. The city of Eidhoven also is very clean and calm. We wanted to walk around before we continued with our trip, but we ultimately decided to carry on with our journey. The hotel is clean, very spacious even for the cheapest room and beautifull views. On top of it, breakfast was delicious buffet style. It was quite confusing regarding the parking (as we had parking included) but we parked opposite the hotel which for overnight it costed 7 euros which was not a problem. Overall beautifull city with amazing hotel and their staff. It was very great to talk to receptionist during checking in process.

Perfect location, at the city centre. The hotel preserves the Phillips heritage. The quality of the restaurant is excellent... which was a pleasant surprise after I saw the menu consisted mostly of burgers. But the Tataki and codfish were cooked to perfection. Completely recommended.

To get to the fourth floor, you need to get to the end of a corridor on the third floor, which is like a maze and can be quite frustrating, as you may be unsure of the right way the first time. Placing additional signs to point to the lift would help.

Modern spacey room, quiet, very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast, close to Philips Stadion, close to the railway station, hamburger in the brasserie in the hall was good

Due to strange design of electrical systems in order to use the coffee machine and tea cattle you need to put them on the floor because the cords are too short to reach the socket . See pictures attached. When I commented to reception they were totally unaware of problem. Another funny issue- ladies at reception had no idea what channels are available on the room Tv and whether I am able to watch the champions league. I would expect more knowledge on standard requests from the staff. Tell them- there’s Zigo Sport showing football

Our room is 362. When we arrived 26 the cr is so yacky there’s a poo until 29 they didn’t clean😡 28 they not come in our room to clean to get all trash and change the towels ang fix our bed😔 I call reception to tell them they didn’t clean our room. The staff she said one of the cleaner come soon to clean. But until night no body’s come to clean our room😡 So disappoint. So i need to go in reception to tell and say pls.to clean our room😡👎 it almost 9pm😔 The room is big.but one thing i dont like they not clean good😔 Every where is dust.is so derty in corner The door of comfort room is dirty ang the sink is dirty also.

The hotel is located in the old Philips building and has therefore a very quirky and large layout. The rooms are very big and even had a full kitchen. Big windows that open to some big views. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs (also breakfast) that we did not use.

The way to the room has to be one of the longest I have ever experienced. Two elevators and some 200m hallways down to the lobby. It's very special. Not necessarily bad, but for elderly people a bit problematic.

The room was beautiful - clean, modern, spacious. The bed was so comfortable! Loved the shower and bathroom in general was really modern and stylish. The hotel is spacious and generally quiet even though it was busy - I didn't hear much noise from people outside the room. The staff were friendly, and very helpful.

I liked the breakfast but as someone with a fairly small appetite it was expensive for the amount I could eat. It was well made and delicious though!

Room was clean and plenty of towels. The room was provided with water bottles and facilities to fill water up. Breakfast was included which was delicious and plenty to choose from. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect to get out and about and only 5 mins from translation.

The seater area with table in the room has like a board. I feel this should be a mirror as there is no plugs near any other mirror in the rooms for doinf hair etc.

Location was superb. The staff were among the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel stay, they couldn’t do enough to help. The Spa facilities were nice to have and the bath in my room was enormous.

The room decor felt a little dated. There was a lot of dust under the bed and also on the bed frame.

The room was very comfortable and the space was suitable for me to do my work and also store my clothing and bags in the storage. The toiletries were clean and always very available. Very comfortable bed.

Some of the facilities such as the bathroom didn't prevent water from leaking out of the shower. I had to wipe with my own cloths which was not very ideal considering the price paid for the room. The microwave oven also would spark when using it.
