Staff people are all nice and friendly. Though the bulding is not very new, room is clean and confortable, and enough space. When I stayed, the GLOW festibal was held and the market in front of the hotel was rather noisy but only by midnight.

Breakfast is good and tasty, but I stayed four nights and every morning eating the same food is not so fun. It includes several kinds of bread, hams, cheeses, green salad on basis; boiled egg, scramble egg, yogurt, fruits and coffee, juice etc. are on your choice. So, I might have to say it's enough and good for a day or two.

We loved the location of the hotel the staff were very professional.The hotel was spotless.we are deffo gonna stay again.

Being in q great location, we didn't like the street noise til 2am both mornings. But you have to accept such disturbances

Excellent location which was right in the city center. Dining and shopping were literally next door or short walking distance. There was a great variety of stores to choose from. The room was quiet considering there is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel. Comfortable bed. I liked the old bell at the reception to be used in case no one was there.

The passageways were tight - might be challenging to guests with mobility issues. Needs some sprucing up in some areas like the carpets and add more wall art or color along the passageways. Rang the bell a couple of times at the reception.

Centrally located about 10 mins walk from the train station. Clean & comfortable.. Large cafe/restaurant/bar providing breakfast lunch and dinner. We had a very nice dinner, same pricing as the other restaurants on the market square. Helpful staff.

Have to buzz in - so dependant on receptionist to be monitoring the door cameras. There was an option to enter via the bar/restaurant with your room card/key but when we tried this the card/key didn't work. Restaurant staff helped us to get in. The hotel is divided into two parts left and right but one reception on the first floor . This could be confusing.

The location was perfect for our needs. It started with a very friendly welcome by the night receptionist. He was very pleasant and helpful. We travelled to Deurne for an event the following day and we were just minutes away from the railway station. The breakfast was excellent; not a massive choice of hot buffet but the food was good. The hotel bar and restaurant was very well supported by non residents so there was a buzz. The food was excellent, we ate they every evening. Despite it being very busy the staff provided an excellent service.

A cozy, comfortable room that looked out over one of the quiet city squares in the Markt, just about 10 mins' walk from the train and bus stations. The walk from the station wasn't as easy or straightforward as we thought it would be, but it wasn't too far to be a bother. We were able to get an early check-in and then head right back out to visit the Markt on the weekly market day. The room was kitted out with a comfy ensuite bath, kettle, glasses. Had ample storage for our luggage (1 suitcase and 1 large bag) and jackets. Despite the 'small' dimensions of the room, it didn't feel cramped or uncomfortable; the large windows and the view over the square certainly helped. There was 24/7 access to the hotel, restaurants and takeaway places all around. The staff were also quite helpful and checked us in smoothly. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the city.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the facilities (including the beds and pillows) are fine. The buffet breakfast is good and with sufficient choice. We asked for a quiet room and we got it (just like the last time).

Small things: There were some hairs in the bathtub, and when we opened the window, we found a half-open yogurt cup which had been probably left by the previous guest.

What a fabulous hotel. The location was perfect to explore the city. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The bars and restaurants in the square below were excellent, plenty of choice right on your doorstep. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. We have already booked to come back in a few months time 😊

very central location, right on the Market square with lots of bars and restaurants outside. Breakfast was outstanding with personal basket of breads and platter of meats and cheese at the table.

I'm not a fan of shower over the bath as I prefer walk in shower. Think the parking arrangements could be better explained when booking. Best place to park is Hueven shopping centre Q Park. Once you put this in sat nav finding it is easy and its a two minute walk to the car. There is no access to front of hotel.

The room was quiet (as requested), the curtains were thick (meaning no sun in the morning), the location was great, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, there were enough towels, there was complimentary coffee/tea, and it was clean.

Although we booked a room for 2 people, the complimentary cosmetics was for 1 person only. In addition, it was close to impossible to read on the shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion tubes which was which. There was a shower gel dispenser in the shower, but the lid was broken and it kept falling off.
