The location is perfect. The heart of the city is a short walk away, there are several bus stops at the end of the street each way, yet it's still in a quiet and calm area. The staff were polite and helpful, although I found the €42 fee a bit scammy (no extra fees were mentioned beforehand). The interior design of our room was breathtaking, I loved the materials! There was just enough space for four people, which was good enough. Acceptable view outside, nothing special. The room was a little dusty and dirty, but not too noticably. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sheets and pillows could use an upgrade, though. The hotel offered us a free taxi ride to the hotel, which was generous. :)

The last-minute €42 fee took me off guard. The elevator is incredibly slow, the stairs are narrow. Check-in times could be more generous than 3PM.

We were travelling with students, attending a Robotics competition held in Eindhoven. This was the fanciest school trip accommodation I have experienced in a long time! The rooms were lovely, ensuite plush and the reception area fancy! Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, good quality. I particularly liked the pancakes with chocolate sauce. Location was also good, we were a 5 minute walk into the centre of Eindhoven. The whole group had a wonderful time.

I booked parking, but the minibus did not go into the garage - too tall. Something to check before booking. Parking in local streets was available, but a bit pricey, charges from 09:00 - 21:00.

The hotel was both elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The customer service was exceptional—staff members were attentive, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a highly pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality hospitality and a relaxing environment

While our overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room felt quite compact and somewhat cramped for two people, and we expected a bit more space for comfort. Additionally, the hotel's location was not ideal, as there were limited attractions or activities nearby, which made it less convenient for exploring the area. Considering the location and the room size, the price point felt slightly high—we believe a more competitive rate would better reflect the overall value of the stay.

I was quite well welcomed by Thais and Roy from the reception team. Both of them, specifically the french girl Thais, were all the time giving me their best. Room clean, warm in the winter season, free handwash and body & hair shower gel. Prices: via www.booking.com they were a very good cost benefit deal. The location: quite nice. As I am in a work trip, I’m by myself in my room, but today’s my b-day and I bought myself a small birthday cake to celebrate it. Guys, I want to share an unexpected and unforgettable surprise the reception team gave me: they gifted me with a so special bottle of Provetto Brut (sparkling wine) after realising it is my birthday today and I’m all by myself. Not only the bottle of Provetto, but specifically the way they did it made the whole difference. After a hard working day, it really surprised me in the best sense and definitely made my day! I’ll never forget such an amazing gesture and the kindness involved.

The only thing I suggest the hotel improve: I left the tag “Please, clean my room.” hanged outside the door in the beginning of the morning, around 8am, and I’ve arrived at 21:30 and the room wasn’t done. A bit disappointing, because it was the only time I required the cleaning to be done. At the end of the day, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent receptionists, most af all Ana everytime smiling and professional I booked for 8 nights. First night we stayed in a very little room but Ana understood our problem and the day after we moved in a good size room.

Try to write a virtual useless operator. Better to have a real operator to interact with. I know that now this is a trend but an excellent help can be done only by physical operator. Change this way to interact with your guests. Don't follow this trend

I liked the fact that the hotel was pretty close to the train/bus station and city center of Eindhoven. Also, the staff was friendly and they had a really cozy place near reception where you could stay and drink coffee/tea that was free. The heating worked without any limitation

The hotel have some issue with the windows, it is not isolated correctly and cold air is coming into the room and you cannot do anything about it. Also, there was a small issue with the shower cabin, but nothing that did let us to use it properly

The room was nice and comfortable, there was complementary tea/coffee in the lobby which was nice too. The location was amazing, a two minute walk from the beginning of town and about a ten minute walk from the centre. Took about fifteen minutes to walk to/from the bus&train station which was great when getting to/from the airport or somewhere else in the country. Staff were kind and helpful too. Definitely recommend this location.

There was nothing I didn't like. Only thing that could have been better was maybe a mini-fridge in the rooms so that we could store food/drink during our stay. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Friendly staff. Great location close to town and close to public transport. I would definitely stay again and hope to be back for the same time next year 🙂

Only the English Breakfast tea 🍵 didn't taste like an average English breakfast tea or Earl Grey. Coffee was good though but I'd rather have tea or hot chocolate but hot chocolate I didn't see as an option. Would have liked bigger cups in the bedrooms

The biggest advantage is the location. Close to Center but in a quite street. Everything else was good as well: clean, well equipped room, nice personal, best deal for this price in the city.

Keep in mind, that city tax was not included to the booking price, so be ready to pay 4,5 € per person when checking in.

The hotel is rather comfortable itself and not far from railway station and close to city center. The crew is very friendly and helpful.

The window in my room was just "existing" open to a kind of well with a brick walls so room was not very enlightened neither in a daytime nor in a nighttime. The bathroom was clean but has some deep dirty places.
