Hotel location is excellent. Got a room facing a side alley that led to a very quiet experience. The staff was very helpful. Everything in the room worked properly.

The room had some water infiltrations from above, that were quite visible on the false ceiling and some walls. There was some damp smell, although not very pronounced. There was some mildew in the shower base silicone seals (these should be renovated). Upon arrival, the room floor was not very clean.

I arrived and the check in was soo smooth… the receptionist ( the man and the lady the day after) were incredibly nice and friendly. They gave me a very good room on the 3rd floor with a balcony which is amazing. The owner or the maintanance team gave me access to toilet after check out and the lady gave me access to a room for me to do my prayers. Thank you so much, every penny spent well. They have a small mini-fridge and free coffee which is a great deal given the prices of coffee in the NL. Water is also for free, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Sorry I didn’t capture the names of everyone but next time for sure. They have a basket of fruits available at the reception but never used it.

The Best: Super convenient location, truly ideal for being in downtown Eindhoven! The Good: Very friendly staff, intelligently designed room (for the space), electric kettle and coffee machine, access to some dishes for takeaway food, and a chance to do a quick load of laundry!

The Not As Good: Rarely anyone at the front desk (although reachable by phone), and when I extended my stay for an extra night, they charged me more than if I had booked the additional night online. :(

Location was prefect. Close to restaurants and bars. My bus stop was steps from the hotel which made it easy to find. Was nice that you could cast from your device to the TV. Staff very very helpful. Many thanks to Guido and his colleagues. Can’t say enough how friendly everyone was as this was my first visit to Europe. They made you feel welcome during my stay. I will miss them.

Wi-fi had some issues but the staff handled it.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! The hotel's location is perfect, it's very close both to the main station and to the market place full of bars and restaurants. The room itself was nice and big too.

Since the room was facing a shopping street, we've heard a lot of noise during the night. Also, there was a very big window in our room and the wind blew in under it. The heating came from AC which at multiple points turned off itself, so you woke up in a very chilly room in the morning. This was very unpleasant with the winter temparetures.

Nice location, easy check-in, the room is well designed, and everything was nice and clean

The room had no windows, so there was only artificial light. Also, the box spring bed was two separate mattresses, with only a thin double mattress on top. As a couple, we end up then creating a hole in the center, in between the two mattresses, which just does not sleep great. Also breakfast only started at 7:30, which was a bit too late for us

Very nice hotel, bed was comfy, I appreciated having both an electric cattle and coffee machine. A lot of shelves where you can put your staff. Great dim light is triggered by motion around the bed, so if you want to use bathroom at night, you don't need any additional source of light. Their shower gel smelled lovely. I had a pretty view on the church.

Pillows were not comfortable. The room had only one mirror, and in was in the bathroom, pretty distant from your face, so for putting make up, for example, it's not an option.

The room was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also I was given an upgraded room. There was coffee, drinking water and fruit available. The location was excellent, in the town center and a few minutes walk from the station. The absolute best part was the breakfast at Dille and Kamille opposite the hotel - every part of it was excellent quality and absolutely delicious!

It was all good so this is very minor but I found the room a little bit cold and I couldn't adjust the thermostat to make it warmer.

Apartment was on the under the shops-The sounds of delivery of goods and street cleaning in the morning were very loud. The door to the bathroom creaks very much, when opened, everyone is sure to wake up. Very cold floors throughout the apartment. Heating with air conditioning does not help.

Awesome location. Best value for money. The young man at the reception was very friendly and gave us an iron for free. Thank you.

Couple of days before the reservation we got through the account of the hotel by booking.com a hacked message that we did not pay and we have to send a acopy of our passports. Because I unfortunately trust the application of booking.com I sent the required documents through the app. I discovered later that it was a hacked message. I asked for a help from booking.com and didn't get any feedback till the moment. Of course I will sue the hotel and booking.com if I get any negative sequences in the future.
