Loved our quirky little apartment that was actually above a very friendly community orientated bar which served nice food and super good well priced cocktails. Our room was cleaned every day and we were provided with lots of towels. There is a very steep staircase to the room which is apparently very Dutch. We got used to it fairly quickly. Really nice staff who even got rid of our old suitcase for us. Loved the nespresso machine to make a quick & tasty coffee. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the town and only 5 minutes away from where our son lives.

The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was that there was no door for the toilet which was a first for us so we found various ways to get around it.

Was in Eindhoven for an event and happened upon cafe 't Vonderke based on location close to said event. This is one of the best B & B's that I've stayed in. It's so quaint and charming making me feel right at home. Frank and his staff are so nice, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was well-filled with locals adding a really homey vibe. The beet root burger was the best I've ever had. The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy and I slept very well. The well-stocked kitchenette was an added plus and the bathroom/shower very modern and cosy. Centrally located and street parking was no problem - cost €7.70 for a day ticket. A short walk to bars and restaurants. The PSV stadium is close by too. Would defintely come back to Eindhoven and stay here again. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience!

The room was located above a lovely cafe / bar in a nice residential area close to center. The bed was very comfortable. The sitting area, balcony, and beautiful bathroom with a heated towel rack were fantastic. We also appreciated the coffee and tea. We checked in on a Monday when the cafe was closed, but communication on their lockbox was excellent! We ate at the cafe on our second night, and the food and drinks were very great. I didn’t notice any noise or scents from the restaurant as the room faces the courtyard. The stairs were quite Dutch, but that’s why you use the handrail and watch your steps. We travel frequently to the Netherlands to visit our daughter, and this was one of our favorite accommodations to date!

Located 15-20 minute walk from the train station, it's situated in a quiet estate and proved to be a lovely cosy little B&B (albeit without the breakfast). The cafe itself has a lovely bar (open until 12am) with a great selection of beers, and an outdoor section that's perfect for a beer in the sun. Staying there on a Saturday night saw it busy but never rowdy. The room was modern, with stylish decor and a walk in shower. Just be careful heading up the steep stairs, not ideal after a couple of drinks! The staff were welcoming and helpful. There's also a little book in each room advising on things to do in Eindhoven, where to eat and how to get around. Just 15 minutes up the road is the Phillips Stadium and an excellent pub.

It was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. Cosy and quiet.

The room is above the pub, is technically an inn. And it is surprisingly quiet, located in a residential area, between the centre and the airport. You can make the airport within half an hour or so, getting on bus 401 at the Philips Stadium. The room is spacius, with a small sunny balcony. The bar has a great selection of beer and the prawns were cooked to perfection. Staff is really lovely and welcoming.

The room / bathroom does need a deep clean.

Room was a little warm (due to the weather), so I kept the balcony door open, which helped quite a bit. The pamphlet about the hotel said the wifi had no password, but that info was old and I had to call the restaurant to find out the password. Turns out it was on a chalkboard in the hall, but I wouldn't have known to look there without calling...I just didn't notice on my way in. Would be perfect to have the pamphlet up to date.

The place is really beauty and really close by the center. Rooms are everytime super clean. I travel a lot between Italy and Netherlandsand for work and this place is always my first choice. They prepare delicious dinner at their pub. And most important the STAFF and Owner are really friendly and always ready to help you . Really 10 Stars to Cafe ‘t Vonderke

The room was a nice apartment ontop of the cafe/bar. Everything was clean and the personal was very welcoming. It is located very close to the city center, which is very nice if you travel a lot by foot. Bathroom is modern and you have a small fridge to store some food. Still, it is more of an "adventurous" venue than a regular hotel, since you have to get in from the back/side of the building, pass the kitchen and get up some very narrow staircases. If you don't mind some bar noises and kitchen smells and can handle small corridors well, then this is a very nice place to stay in eindhoven city. We actually liked it better than a regular hotel and enjoyed our stay very much!

Bathroom has no door which to us was a bit unusual.

very comfortable, lovely people running both the bar and hotel and only 13 minutes walk into the centre. Quiet residential area. Free coffee pod machine, lovely rain shower and comfortable bed. I highly recommend this lovely hotel / bar!

Location was great and was silence place . Stairs are little dangerous and small not suitable for kids or old people but was not a problem for me .

The room was so cold at nights . Also the hot water in shower was not hot to have a bath . Also the heater near the shower was not working properly . First night was very cold . The restaurant and reception was not working tuesday but wednesday morning I saw a lady and explained the problems. Next day was better but room heating is closed around 00.00 no chance to run from room .
