The hotel is very clean and at a perfect location. The staff is extremly polite and ready to help. I asked for a chair for my room to work with computer and the woman brougt for me a chair and a desk. The man was very polite talking with guests and ready to help when someone has forggotten keys or something else. I prefer this hotel to everyone who has planned to visit Eindhoven.

I liked the newly renovated room I got. The beds were good and comfortable. Everything was perfect in the room.

I didn't like that my door didn't have the possibility to get unlocked with a keycard as the others could. The door to the staircase is designed so badly. When you are going upwards the very steep stairs, the door opens toward you and can be dangerous. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom. The bathroom light switch is broken.

It was clean, staff are lovely and very helpful. We were able leave our luggage to allow exploring and we available if we needed them, but we didn’t so that was reassuring. We were able to visit and see everything we wanted to by foot so location was perfect. We would stay again!

Nothing, it provided us with what we need and we felt welcome

Very friendly staff who were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The location is great - right next to a square with some nice bars and restaurants, and only a short walk from the very centre. I stayed for four nights and slept well every night (not usually the case for me when I go away)!

The staff was very kind, everything in this hotel is very clean and comfortable, the hotel has a little hall with a small library also you can take a hot coffee or a tea because they have a small coffee machine and toys for kids. It's location is very close to the center.

It was so clean and excellent value for money. The staff were so friendly. I had a shower when I got up and it was perfect 👌 The location is just great.

The building has single windows and it was not silent outside. I didn't mind but double glazing would make such a difference.

It's located near the centre of eindhoven and near alot of the local attractions. I found the room provided to be good value and the staff very friendly as well as helpful.

The steep stairs as I only have little legs... tbh I can't fault it

The location is very close to the center. Clean bedding, clean towels. I received a coffee from the house. Our friend, because she was not feeling well with her health, was able to stay in the room two more hours. It's a budget location, so no pretensions, but it was good for us.

There should have been some glasses in the room.

I lived there for 7 days，all rhe staff are very nice and friendly. Everything is amazing ，giving me a sense of safety！And the location is convenient！

it was very clean, nice bed, excellent work the bathroom and the WC ..For someone who travels and want to rest,take a bath and sleep well is perfect..
