The house is in the most scenic neighborhood, walk to the center which is around 10 minutes is breathtaking cause you’re surrounded with greenery, tall trees, beautiful flowers and the fallen leaves made it even more epic. The room was clean, comfortable, check in and out was easy and the host is very nice and polite. We will surely be back.

It was too cold during the night and the heating didn’t work. Also, I like to open the windows in the morning to let fresh air in but the host put up some additional glass/plexiglass we didn’t figure out if there is a way to open them.

I am satisfied with my stay. The location is wonderful - in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet only a 20-minute walk from the center of the city. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It met my initial expectations. An unexpected pleasure were the paintings and sculptures on the staircase and in the room.

The room window was not well sealed, but that didn't cause me a problem.

Near the central station. Great location, neighborhood. We really like to be here. House is great and the keeper is smiling all is good in here.

There was a free parking in the booking page. Than they change the info and at the stay we saw that parking spots are changed and will be paid at 19.03.25. I rent especially for free parking. İ can use but if i stay two more dar i cant use that parking for free..

The house is in a very peaceful area, that you can reach in 10/15 minutes walking from the city center. The owner is very friendly and available for any needs. At the same price is rare to find accomodations in the city and with the private bathroom. There is a also a water kettle and coffe machine. Even if the room is not particularly big, there is everything you need and well organized. I'll definitely choose this place again if I need again an accomodation in the city.

Since there are other rooms for other customers at the same floor, it can happen to hear noises if people come home later in the night. I report this since it can bother some people (it was not a problem at all in my case).

The neighbourhood is fantastic! It looks so nice and tranquil, with many flora, fauna(all kinds of wild birds), and beautiful houses. If you enjoy nature you would looooove this place to death. The room and house are nicely decorated, comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Location is a little bit far from the train station if you come on foot with a big backpack like me. But it's no big deal if you enjoy the view on the way.

Everything...!!! The bedroom was beautiful, with a separate lounge filled with books, games, dining table, and sofas. So much space! An added extra, steps led up to an attic space filled with vinyl records and player...!!! Just wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Jos is a wonderful host, greeting us with drinks and being so amenable when our travel plans were delayed. We will definitely visit again. THANK YOU.

Convenient location (walking distance from city centre), beautiful area & building, generously spacious room, very friendly reception by owner Jos.

Towels were smelly, mattress rather hard (I slept fine, but it caused my partner back aches), shower was fine, but the shower cabin a bit old (with molds grown into the sliding door).

Nice property with very helpful host. Feels homey and comfy, with a more personal touch in a typical Dutch house. Everything you need at hand like your own bathroom and mini fridge. Very relax and quiet area yet just a few minutes from the city center and station.

The location is very good, 17min walking distance to the train station. The neighbourhood is really nice, pretty houses. We have stayed there for 3 nights. The host is friendly, he showed us around when we arrived. He also brought us a second quilt because we were two people. We could have coffee/tea in his kitchen. They live in the same house, but never disturbed us. Outside there is a small garden, very quiet, perfect place to drink your coffee in the morning.

During the night the heating was turned off, so in the morning and during the night we felt the cold (we went there in November 2022). The towels didn’t smell like clean (they were clean, but smelt different when you actually get out of the shower)
