This is a really quirky hotel! The executive double room was large and had great facilities, with an outside patio area. We had a really nice meal at the restaurant, which had a good selection of food and drinks. This is situated close to the town centre, which has some lovely cafes and shops. We parked our motorbike in the secure car park and could see this from our room.

No ventilation in the bathroom so the walls/floor remained damp.

Perfect location, free parking within walking distance. Breakfast is very nice, staff super friendly.

A few minor repairs need to be performed. In the room (22) was a decorative piece missing, needs a touch up with paint. Bathroom a broken towel hook. Minor things but keep it at a high standard.

Loved the room -- it was comfortable and very clean. No AC or fans in the room, so it was a little hot (it's June, we couldn't open the doors because we were on the ground floor, and there were no windows to open). Overall, kind of fine, though. Loved that the castle (where we were attending a wedding) was right across the street. It's got a beautiful park surrounding it that makes for an awesome walk.

Breakfast was an absolute joke. It was a normal "Dutch" breakfast (bread, hagelslag, jam, yogurt, cheese, ham, etc.), but was pretty much just afbakbroodjes from the Jumbo. The orange juice was bitter, there were zero extras (there wasn't even fruit?!), and it was just very subpar. I literally could have gone to the grocery store and gotten the exact same breakfast for 1/4 of what I paid for. Don't do it!

The location was very nice. The staff was very helpful, they also spoke good and proper English. The place was also very clean.

The breakfast on week days is not too special. Also, it was unfortunate that we stayed during the period of a kermiss. This is by no means the hotels fault, but we did notice that the sound isolation was not the best.

Two single beds pushed together that the mattress didn't really stay on the bed. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. TV remote didn't work to turn tv on (2nd remote to change channels worked) Shower made bathroom floor quite wet. Couldn't open windows. Says has parking but easiest is to park round corner for free.

The location was amazing. We didn't include breakfast in our booking but had an amazing brunch every day of our stay. Delicious food, beautifully presented. Hotel was spotless. We had a fabulous ground floor room with our own little deck/terrace.

The only negative was that we could not operate the coffee machine in the room. It would have been lovely to have a coffee with the tasty gingerbread left every day.

We needed a stop off on our journey from Germany and this hotel and the town totally exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We really liked the parking option, although it wasn’t that easy to find

The bedding could do with an update

great location and great value for the money!! Room has all important amenities (hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffe, TV). And superb staff that is welcoming and helpful.

Our stay was during the winter and the room was a bit too cold in the night despite the heaters running.

It is a pity that the breakfast is not in the price, but the hotel was very nice, we really enjoyed it. I really liked that this time we had access to the balcony.

It would be great if for the price a small breakfast would be included.

Very stylish hotel with thoughtful details. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, safe, bath, robe and slippers.

The windows let in all the sounds from the street. Plus, the guests walk along the corridor and are not shy about shouting and laughing at the top of their voices.
