It is very well located near the hotel, there is a restaurant, a few meters away there is also a coffee shop and 400m away there is also a shop open until 02:00. Close to the central train station, just 10 minutes' walk away, the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, but there is someone there until 00:00 and from what I saw, there is also a key box.

The staff is very friendly, there is no fridge or kettle in the room, BUT THERE IS A COFFEE AND TEA MACHINE AT THE RECEPTION TO HEAT WATER FOR INSTANT SOUPS (soups can also be purchased at the reception) all are self-service and the price is 2€. I saw reviews where it was said that the cleaning would not be good, I can mention that we stayed 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned. The hotel is old and would need a renovation, but I don't know if this is related to their architecture or not.

This is a great hotel. Spacious rooms, proper (good-sized) shower and a toilet that is separate from the bathroom. You can tell that the hotel was built at a time when they still took care of proper sound insulating walls - you could only hear sounds in the corridor outside but no sounds from the neighbours once they were in their rooms. This is a genuine, good old style hotel! O , and the hotel is really, really close to the city centre.

This is a lovely hotel, but if, like me, you prefer a firm mattress, the beds might be a bit on the soft side for you, But that is really a minor point.

This was actually my third time staying here since I was so impressed from before. Amazing price/quality ratio and great location in Eindhoven. It is an easy walking distance from the train station. The room was not big, but for one person it was definitely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Eindhoven!

I would have liked to have another pillow or two. I thought the pillows were small and not super comfortable. Other than that, I don't have any other critiques!

Very friendly staff! The room was very good as well: bed, daily fresh towels. Microwave available at reception + free hot water. Coffee/soup €2 ♥️ Location 👍👍👍

If you are cautions about privacy: the room between the bathroom and bedroom is semi-transparent, and not sound proof 🥺 Also, you should know that due to the high humidity, you might want to keep the room heating on (e.g. leaving the room) - otherwise it'd be noisy the whole night on

The ratio of prices and offers, I am extremely satisfied.The staff is friendly and ready to help, everything is neat and clean.The room is big, the bathroom too, I really have no reason not to be happy and satisfied

Maybe the view from the room. Maybe the entrance to the building and the small elevator, but those are technical things and it didn't bother me much staying in the hotel.All in all, I don't have anything specific to say that I didn't like. More than correct for such a small price

This accommodation was booked last minute because of unforeseen circumstances at previously planned accommodation staff where friendly, understanding and welcoming rooms where clean as was the rest of the hotel the staff went out their way to help in anyway they could. Recommending things to do with my child answering questions about local area and taking time to look things up for us . We would definitely stay again . Thank you

This hotel does not have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room you can get coffee in reception but it is 2 euros a cup . Also there is no fridge in the room but they will allow you to put small items in the reception fridge. There is no smoking area at this hotel you do have to go and stand outside there is no outside seating or space available.

The property was super clean and even if they where under construction while i was there they made sure i had a good room without noice any other disturbances

The great treatment by the owners.. i got sick and they allowed me to stay longer and eventually didn’t even charge me, which moved me a lot Combining the cleanliness, amazing location, treatment and price, that was an amazing stay

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is extremely clean and spacious. Very good location five mins walk to the city centre.

The staff is …hm. Not so helpful. They’re answering your questions only as they ‘re obliged to do it. The view from the window was…the next building roof. Two guys were walking on it and if they want, they can easily enter if the window is open. This was really odd.

This was our second stay here and we were perfectly satisfied both times. Nice, clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned rooms. Very dark in the night thanks to good window blinds. Everything is close - shops, restaurants, public transport etc. Very helpful stuff - we had to leave early due to some complications and everyone tried their best to help us. If we ever come to Eindhoven again, we'll definitely book this hotel :-)

The staff was so friendly. The price is convenient. The location is close to the city center. The room was clean and the towels were clean and available for change every day.

The toilet is separated from the shower. They are at tow different sides of the room.
