We annually visit family in the UK at this time. We use the Stena Ferry from the Hoek, So this venue is ideal for that purpose. Accommodation is good and price about average for here. Clean, comfortable, with everything needed, and a restaurant on site. Plenty of parking on site.

It is clear that the Original Restaurant must have provided the land to build the hotel . They are completely separate businesses, and the reception in the restaurant area just takes the payment and issues the key. This might be an issue if there was any problem, although we have used them for a number of years and had no problem yet. Breakfast is not provided , but there is an arrangement with a hotel in the town to offer this. It is a short walk away. It is OK for us, but might not suit everyone.

Very lovely staff very clean room 100% recommend it brilliant location 5 mins from Ferry. One of the cleanest hotels so far! Brilliant time spent well worth it! There is a Kebab shop Shoarma & Pizzeria Sabra abut 10 minutes walk amazing kebabs and pizzas there must try! People are so friendly very nice and kind. Well worth the staying and very happy with the hotel.

The train track is next to the room so the trams passing by till 12pm ish so quite loud every time it passes. No trams at night so can sleep well.

The room was perfect and super luxurious for the price. They had thought about the little things that make you feel welcome, like chocolates and good night cards on the pillows. It was spotless. The staff were so friendly as well and the dinner we had in the restaurant was fantastic.

The only negative was on us. We were a little underdressed for the restaurant in the evening, and we had nothing fancier to put on. However, only we seamed to notice. The management and staff were super friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our time in the hotel. The breakfast was very good the room was clean, and every room had their own entrance. Also the staff was really nice and helpful they explained everything and even after I forgot a ring and my hairdryer they now ship it to me. Additionally you are able the walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.

The location is very beatiful but the hotel is located next to train tracks. I had no problem to have a good sleep regardless but could be a issue for some. Also the next big city The hague is about 30 minutes with the car.

I liked the room, the Espresso Machine with pods, everything was clean, the shower is great, beds comfprtable, I liked being next to the Metro and watching the trains go quietly past, there is an Albert Heijn store nearby which is selling excellent food at a reasonable price, but they dont accept Visa or Mastercard so you need to take Euronotes unless you use one of the other shops that does accept UK debit cards. The restaurant is impressive and spacious with plants and a bar, the staff were welcoming and friendly, there is a Lifeboat Station just outside in the Nieuw Waterway which is great for watching the Ships, this Hotal is very close to both the Metro and the Stena Line Ferry. I'm looking forward to coming back again, 11/10 Excellent.

The batteries in the remote control were flat.

Comfortable beds, good sized room, free parking, very friendly staff, decent curtains to block early morning light. Would definitely stay here again when using the ferry.

Right next to the train tracks. Trains could be heard through the night but we're not excessive, and ear plugs were provided. Tap placement over the sink was awkward, too far back. Bathroom needed better lighting, the mirror light was practically non-existent.

Reception friendly and helpful (we had a car problem and they did their best to help). Room compact but very comfortable and ideal for an overnight stop for the England ferry. Beautiful weather and the location made it a pleasant location, view over the port. Beautifully renovated building with fascinating history. Breakfast at Hotel America - just a short stroll away - ideal start to the day!

Maybe more British programmes on the TV :)

Very good room. Everything we needed. Facilities nearby. Reasonable price. Close to Ferry Terminal.

Trains were quite noisy, but they stop running overnight. There was some sort of race taking place, and we couldn't use the car park. Had to leave the car in the town. Also couldn't get hold of any staff in the morning to check out. Everything locked. So still have the key card !!. However, usually would not be a problem.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good location for boarding Stena Line. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was good selection of food. Easy walking distance to shops and beach.

Probably the train line running outside but didn’t affect our sleep as we only stayed for one night.

Location, location, location. This place is less than a 5-minute walk from the Metro station, the ferry passenger terminal and the main shopping area. Large, free car park for those arriving by car. And directly opposite the Berghaven for those arriving by boat! Efficient check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Good Wi-Fi. Our first stay here but definitely not the last.
