The bed was very comfortable, the room nicely furnished and spacious. The ground floor rooms have an outside seating area. The surrounding is quiet and lovely, far away from the noises of city life. The swimming pool and whirlpool are great, also very clean.

Some of the staff were pretty rough. Especially at the breakfast. A gentleman was bringing pancakes out, baked goods, etc. and placed them by bare hands in the serving trays and baskets in front of the guests. Another gentleman with glasses, who was cleaning up the breakfast tables, made so much noise with the dishes and cutlery and with stuffing leftovers from the plates in the tiny desk top bins, that it attracted everyone's attention around him, while trying to enjoy their breakfast. Also, there are no towels offered at the swimming pool, not even upon request. You need to use the ones offered in the room, which you are then expected to use for showering as well.

- No towels available at the swimmingpool and no soap - Image showed bathtub, but we got shower - If you book through Booking.com you have to pay 9.5 for sauna. Otherwise it is free on direct booking - Two single beds pushed together to form a "double bed". There was a "hole" in the middle.

Nice hotel, good breakfast lovely outdoor space next to swimming pool for sunbathing, staff are nice and helpful, snooker table and plenty of games

There are no signs indicating pets be on leashes, so people have their pets running round the pool area and breakfast tables off leashes, its a bit inconvenient sometimes.

We loved the whole experience! The room was amazing, clean, stylish and very comfortable! The shower was amazing! The restaurant was delicious as well! The masseuse in the wellness center was professional, friendly and exceptional! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was in a quiet area which was great! Would go back to stay in a heartbeat!

Even though the purpose of the trip was work related, I had the feeling that I’ve been on vacation. Great hotel with top facilities. Room is very comfortable and spacious, and is also very quiet. Breakfast with plenty of options although with no variation from one day to the other. Restaurant is also good with good options however a bit expensive.

The WiFi wasn’t the fastest and the greatest. I had no time to try the gym nor the swimming pool but colleagues said they were also good.

The room and breakfast were GREAT, also a lot of dog owners! Location was perfect too - walking distance to the beach and nature zone. They also left cute doggy bag for our pet when we arrived.

The toilet smelled like sewage and the pool didn't work. Also the gym is quite minimalistic and unusable.

it might not look as much from the outside but by goodness! inside was absolutely stunning!!!! from the facilities to the restaurant to the rooms, to be honest I would happily not leave the room it was so lovely!

Good hotel at a beautiful location. Hikes and MTB Trails all go from the hotel itself. Staff is excellent.

Price is pretty high for a simple room, but the location makes all the difference.
