Parking is excellent. Proximity to town is good. Beds are comfy. Food was good. Staff were helpful. I would gladly stay here again. Brielle is a beautiful small town and only 15 minutes from Europort.

On arrival at 1000 hours, staff sat out smoking on beer crates. No problem with them taking a break, but it should be screened off. On walking to reception there were hundreds of cigarette butt's on the floor directly outside with an overflowing ashtray. This did not change when we left at 1600 the following day. Management needs to look at the hotel from the outside

The room was large and comfortable. It was lovely and quiet despite facing a main road. There was a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. I also liked the fact that they provided a bottle of water in the room. The reception staff were very helpful.

The food in the restaurant was nice, but a bit pricey. I was disappointed that breakfast is not provided in the room price. I knew this when I booked so it wasn't a surprise but I do think this is unfortunate in general in the hotel industry. I was left waiting in the restaurant when I wanted to order a coffee.

Great food and the room had the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel! Free parking but this was limited. Nice seating area surrounded by books.

No lunch available and we were waiting to get a ferry later in the day but managed to find somewhere in the local town which is within walking distance. Music playing in reading / relaxation area which is not good for concentration.

Location

It seems that the Dutch do not use plugs in their wash basins as during our last two visits to this hotel, no plug was provided so we had to wash with the tap running. Not very eco friendly.

Good breakfast - not extremely wide choice, but good enough to start the day. Eggs are prepared when asked for. The room and bathroom are good, Parking on site is (very) limited (10 cars), but 20 meters further there is a big hotel parking.

I didn’t like thy don’t have family room from 4 years charging and they couldn’t put same room with kid have to separate parents the bed foam was not comfortable

comfortable bed, nice location easily accessible, walking distance to supermarkets, very good sound isolation

bathroom is poorly designed and makes it difficult to use the facilities

Easy to find, easy parking, nice staff, nice room

It was far too hot and the heating could not be turned down below 18 or turned off and staff only suggested opening window so not good for sleeping which was a shame and not the same as when we visited last year

Excellent hotel. Not far from Europort. There is a place to walk. There is a place to run. Hospitable staff. Parking for a large number of cars.

Staff are brilliant. Friendly and always there to help.

When you want to check out early the night porter cannot do this. This causes problems with my team flying home and I am left to pay for their bill
