10/10 – Outstanding stay with seamless digital experience! I had a perfect stay at this beautifully designed and exceptionally well-organized accommodation. The digital self check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple, professional, and smooth — truly a model of modern hospitality. The apartment was furnished to a high standard with a sense of exclusivity and comfort throughout. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules and the free parking directly on site. The location is fantastic — right in the city center with several great restaurants just a short walk away. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making my stay effortless and highly enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality, convenience, and style.

Middenbeemster is very well connected with Amsterdam. City bus 305 that can take you to the Amsterdam central station goes every 30 minutes, and you can get there in 35 minutes. Bus stop is 150 m from the hotel. Village is very nice and sweet. Hotel is really comfy and clean, and everything within seems new. You can get a breakfast for 15 EUR per person and food selection is diverse. Overall value for the money is very good compared to Amsterdam prices.

Entering the hotel and the room is done by digital key, that you get after you check-in online. Digital key is sent via an email and you need to stand close to the door in order to open it. We had a problem where our digital key was not sent via email (system problem?), and sometimes there is nobody at the reception to help you with that. (that was not our case, but the case of other guests that we met)

We only had breakfast on the last day and wished we had had it every day. Food was first class we didn’t want to eat any where else. The staff were all so kind and made us feel so welcome. I needed some help when my car broke down and was offered and given help and lifts to sort it out. We really, really enjoyed our visit.

There is no criticism. We were disappointed to learn that they closed the restaurant on Mondays and Tuesdays, but only because we wanted to eat there. When we mentioned it they said they would make sure that it was made clear on there web site.

beautifully renovated building, everything was clean and tidy, we had an a la carte dinner with a group of eight, food was excellent. It's not easy finding good staff in the horeca these days but all the staff were great, chapeau

It may have been mentioned in the emails but I don't think so?... it would have been nice to know that the building was under scaffolding and that Monday morning builders would be starting at 8. I'm presuming this will be a short term inconvenience.

The location is perfect as not far from the windmills village and to Volendam. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed’s comfy, the facilities in the room were also great. They have a good restaurant and tasty food too. We enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely go back to stay here again for the next time

The room was incredibly stylish and well designed. We were impressed with the attention to detail and general decor. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were well equipped (I.e. coffee, tea etc). The staff were very friendly and the food at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

well, no problem to have breakfast across the street in bakery, but for 4* hotel as per booking trully nothing special, then I preffer to visit supermarket and to have my own choice...

Very nice and lovely design hotel in a super lovely neighborhood. We have stayed in this hotel already twice and will definitely go back. Love it!

The breakfast cannot be adjusted to the individual needs, everyone gets served the same type of meal, but there are no full-vegetarian or no meat options.

That hotel lobby is also closed in the day/mornings when the restuarant is closed. Very disconcerting to find no one there, doors locked... ;( Finally reached someone by phone. Please make this evident here on booking! And also in a welcome message to travelers.

Very quiet location with a lot of parking options and public transport options that can bring you to Amsterdam city centre. Friendly and helpful staff and very nice and cosy room!

We had a suite room that had a very interesting bathroom layout. Would definitely suggest hotel staff to think of solutions for improving privacy in the bathroom/toilet area in the room by either installing some curtains or some doors or anything like that.
