The food, was as always, very good. I loved my sea-facing room. How wonderful to be there in spring and being able to reach the bulb fields where had just started. I really like the location of the hotel, close by to shopping and bike hiring facilities. My sister and her daughter enjoyed their bike trips to Keukenhof and through the dunes, and the walk along the beach.

Yikes, parking is so expensive. Why doesn't the hotel buy the plot next door which which been an eyesore for years?

The view from the room (I had sea view). The room was reasonably large with a large good desk and wardrobe. Breakfast was quite nice. It was relatively quiet at night. Wifi worked OK. Location - right on the promenade. Reasonable value for the money.

The room could use a bit of uplift, in particular the bathroom (cracked tiles, scratched door etc..). The mini fridge (empty, by the way) standing in the middle of a wall looked odd and in my opinion ruined the design of the room.

The location of the hotel is great. I stayed with my dog and we loved walking across to the long and dog friendly beach opposite. The breakfast was certainly one of the best I've had in a while, and although I didn't take my dog, they were welcome (if well behaved) in the restaurant. Staff were friendly. There are numerous food options nearby.

Parking is in the supermarket opposite (Euro 15 per day) and there was an additional charge for the dog which could be clearer on the website (says "May apply"). I'm pretty sure I had the smallest and most basic room in the hotel and the spotlight outside was directed near the window.

Excellent location with a good shuttle connection to the research center. At the beach side, in the summer it must be excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a large variety, but not spectacular. Overall, good stay, I recommend to everyone.

There were noises from the elevator, not a great thing for a sound sleep (my room was next to it). The bathroom has seen better days, it was like 2 stars, not 4 stars. If you're not a complain person, it will do.

Great view from the room! Mine faced the beach and had a balcony large enough for 2 seats - couldn't ask for more. There were also 2 comfortable chairs and a table inside the room next to the window. Great location close to the beach with a range of restaurants & bars nearby. Breakfast fairly good.

Restaurant/bar closes at about 10pm. A little expensive, but this seems normal for the area.

The small hotel is a bit worn on the inside, but well maintained. Large room and comfortable beds. Hairdryer, fridge, iron, kettle, etc. etc. Quiet. Good breakfast in the cozy downstairs restaurant with large glass windows. It had a nice feeling to it and the location is excellent.

The only thing I eas missing was a rack to put my bag on. There would have been plenty of room for it.

Hotel is in close proximity to beach with several restaurants directly on the beachftont and old town. Lovely long beachwalks Great breakfast, plenty of choice.

no ramp for entrance steps to reception, had to lift suitcases ourselves upon arrival.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with variety of hot and cold offerings, fresh bread, juices, fruit, joguhrts. Situated in the heart of Noordwijk, within walking distance of everything.

Water faucet in the bathroom dripped. Old style toilet bowl with poop shelf (yuck!).

Breakfast was decent. The view was nice from the room. They had a sauna.

The elevator did not work to go to -1 sauna floor. The widow in the room did not open/ close properly. Walls were thin, and I could hear other guests.

Nicely located close to the beach and to many restaurants and pubs. Quiet and clean rooms. Very good and varied breakfast buffet with good coffee, fresh fruits, cold and warm options. Helpful staff.
