This hotel met very specific needs for me, in that it is very close to family- who I was in the Netherlands to visit. We had 2 delicious meals in the restaurant. The service was pleasant. The breakfast staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast provided was tasty if a little limited. Everything was kept well stocked and staff were on hand to respond to any request without hesitation. We used this hotel as a base to explore the area and enjoyed travelling by train to Den Bosch. Or walking to local Park areas- (SibeliusPark/ Hazenakkerpark/ Pad Langs Hertenkamp) The room was pleasant enough- But it's worth bearing in mind that regarding bathroom facilities the room does not offer a lot of privacy if sharing.

As a traveller in general, I would not necessarily recommend for a city break as this was not ideal in terms of access to rail links. It suited our needs perfectly but it is worth noting we walked 20 minutes daily to nearest train station (Oss) And the journey time from there to Utrecht was around 1 hour. Nijmegen 15 minutes. Den Bosch 20 mins The bathroom was not all that private, if sharing.

Clean, nice, soccer court

Everything was fine – the hotel is clean, tidy, and generally pleasant. However, I had a bad experience with check-in. I arrived around noon, and even though the hotel clearly wasn’t full, they refused to let me into the room before 3 PM. I had to wait three hours for no real reason, which left a bad impression. It’s a shame, because everything else was really good.

Room: Spacious and good facilities Breakfast: Very good selection Bed: a bit too soft for my comfort

Shower/Toilet: the single sliding door meaning either the toilet or shower is exposed is not idea, especially with 2x men sharing a twin room. No feeling of privacy, and also the smell lingers in the room due there being no solid door or solid partition to the sleeping area Noise: Our room was on the rear, overlooking the football pitches - noisy during games.

I liked the room because it was very clean and neat

I didn't like it because on the morning of check out, I was out, I knew I had to leave the room at 11:00 am, when I came back I couldn't use my room key anymore The people at the reception looked at me very nauseously and reactivated my key I asked why you took away my access to open the door when it's not even check out time?Looks like I messed up!!

Great hotel with plenty or parking and easy to find. Friendly reception staff. Good choice of food in the restaurant and wide choice of drinks in the bar

Do not like the sliding glass door for the shower/toilet as it meant only one of you could have some privacy if both were using the facilities at the same time

I liked the place. Room was fine, clean. I liked the curtains, helped from sunlight in the morning.

I missed a refrigerator. The bed was too soft and the top mattress was sliding all night long. And I also don´t understand why the room has TV. 14 programs about nothing.

Really clean rooms, super comfy bed with a great mattress topper that I just sink in to. Loads of hot water and powerful shower. Helpful staff when I lost my electricity socket converter - they lent me one from lost and found! Within walking distance of the train station.

Nothing to dislike really. I wish I had hired a bike as the location wasn’t on an immediate bus route.

I liked that they have their own parking lot so you don't have to look for the parking spot and it was for free, that was the best, some hotels has parking places and you have to pay extra from 15 to 25 euro, but this one was free, great 👍 restaurant was nice, rooms was nice and friendly staff.

All Fletcher hotel is in very nice places but this one doesn't have park, and that basick fit has nothing to do with a hotel but when you come in and go to your rooms you look at the people in the gym, bit weird, specially that it looks like part of the hotel and I was pretty happy that I could go to the gym, but not for free... 9euro day ticket. So this hotel doesn't have anything to offer for your free time except bar.

The rooms were great, the family room was just what was needed. The restaurant was very nice, it was a little pricy but the food was good and the staff was great.

Ideal location for where we wanted to stay and the breakfast was very nice ample for a continental breakfast.

The vending machine was broken and only took coins and not a card. It would have been nice to have the option of some toast and not just bread
