Spacious and comfortable rooms, nice surroundings - we woke up with the sound of the birds of the nearby forest - great breakfast, wonderful top-quality dinner(!), friendly service!

Unfortunately the pillows are of a bad quality (too hard and too high). The hand-shower can only be held in your hands, which is not comfortable (there is a large shower at the ceiling but not everybody likes to use those). The breakfast eggs are hard boiled, which is really awful (it would be so nice if the guest could order soft boiled eggs or fried eggs). Next to bread etc. there should be crackers.

No reliable taxi or shuttle service . You have to have a car to move around comfortably. I could not find a taxi the day before and uber dropped my ride 2 minutes before pick up time at 5h45 am- so i had to run in the rain with my luggage 3 kms to catch the train and than a flight. Luckily there are some amaizing humans in Oss - thank you for the gentlemen in the white pickup who did stop and dropped me at the station on my last 500ms- I would have missed my train and my flight if it wasn’t for you! THANKYOU!! All in all - great place to stay, but could be very stressful if you dont have your own transport to move around with!

The athmosphere in general, facilities, the nature around the hotel, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the gym and sauna.

I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros during check in (Ididn't know that) and the following morning, after check out there was no registration of my payment. I had to show the receptionist my credit card app to prove that I had payed it. So I got the refund. The sauna was off. It took 20 minutes to turn it on before using it. If I had known thi, I would have asked to turn in on before. Nothing serious but they should let people know that it is necessary to prepare it in advance.

The hotel was nice and close to a forest, but you definitely need a car. It was comfortable, especially for my daughter. The breakfast area was spacious, but I expected a bit more from the breakfast itself. It was good, but nothing special.

New and stylish hotel. Comfortable beds. Free parking and WIFI available at the hotel. Quality of food at breakfast was excellent.

We didn't like the location of the hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to stroll around, but there were no walkways around the hotel, only roads. Selection at breakfast was rather limited, but probably because there were only a hand full of guests around.

I very nicely designed hotel where you find most of your needs at the right place. Small, cosy, to the point but not luxury. Breakfast was really nice. Only drawback was the lack of an amenities kit in the room.

Windows could be better sealed for cold and noise.

Very nice atmosphere, polite and very helpful members of staff. The hotel as well as the room was very clean and tidy .

Nothing , everything met my expectations.

Room 137 The suite: A big room with comfortable large bed, seating area with a sofa and a Nespresso coffee machine with 6 coffee cups that are replenished. The bathroom is very well equipped with double sinks, double rain showers and a deep bath. Small bottles of Rituals provide the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. (Note: no special product for the bath, so best to bring your own). Excellent restaurant, friendly staff and small but fun bowling alley on ground floor

Room for improvement: WiFi in the suite is terribly unreliable and even when it works, very slow. Room was not really cleaned during our stay, just bed made and towels hung. No hotel I ever stayed at did a check of the room/suite at check out. (Naaldhof asks suite guests for €200 deposit only to be returned after they check whether the room is in good shape at check out)

Not a lot of sound dampening on the doors towards the hall. I woke up quite early because of other people in the hallway.
