Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff who provided us with good restaurant recommendations. Also we could choose a room as we and our friends were the only guests. In one of the rooms the heating did not work first but caroline was very helpful and supportive and always reachable.

Better lights around the bed would be nice as you can’t read in bed due to very very weak light.

Our stay here was just what we needed. Fabulous comfy bed, great shower. Super host, Caroline was very friendly and helpful, catered for everything we needed, brought the most amazing breakfast to our room, full of everything you might want, very filling. Hotel is in good location to see Nijmegen. We chose the room on the back with cute balcony which was quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Caroline was very warm and welcoming when we arrived to check in and gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat. The rooms are all individual and decorated to a very high standard. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was served in the room and it was outstanding - there was so much delicious food to choose from. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, the bed was very comfortable and very good location

There is a club nearby and people walking in the street, so it was a bit noisy, the owner told us in the morning there was a noise silencer but it was too late already . Other than that, all was perfect

The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked very well. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. What was outstanding, however, was our communication with the manager, Carolien. :-)

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Always smiling and happy to see the guests. The breakfast was served in the room. Because of my long stay, I could arrange variety. I was not too comfortable with opening the little butter / jam packages all the time, and then make so much waste, but that is how it was arranged. In terms of tastiness, I could make what I liked. I especially enjoyed that the owners fulfilled my request of having more milk than usual. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice, and other furniture was also useful. I liked that there was a coffee machine at the room. In terms of room organization, I could have used a larger wardrobe, but it was not much of a problem. Also, the TV being on the side wall of the room was a little bit uncomfortable, but not that bad. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable to use. Location was great. The hotel is situated in the very centre of the town, which is nice. All the necessary shops and other possible locations you would need to go to, including the train station, are in walking distance. I especially appreciated a very nice gesture every other day or so in form of a tasty dessert - either a typical dutch pastry with apple filling or other types of cake.

Hospitality of the host, out of the rating. Simply amazing and flexible! Breakfast 10/10 location and city are really nice especially if its market day. Really enjoyed the stay! Definetly on the recommended list.

There is a quite small stairway to the room first floor felt slightly uncomfortable at first

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was great as it has air con and a nice balcony. Location was close to some great restaurants and bars. Would recommend the Turkish restaurant around the corner. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

everything is very well-thought here. The room was very well lit, immaculately clean, the breakfast was fresh with a great variety, location very near the city centre and the people who run this are very organised and polite. they were even bringing us free afternoon snacks! in my opinion, they are an example on how to run such a business.

To get to the rooms there are 2 very steep and narrow staircases which means it is not accessible for all people.

Boutique hotel with large comfortable modern rooms, excellent breakfast, wonderful location.

Keep in mind there is no elevator, and the stairs are rather steep. Street facing rooms might be a little noisy, but nothing that disturbed my sleep in any way.
