The location is amazing IF you want to be on the main sqaure in the center of the city. We did enjoy the proximity and convenience to everything but it did get very noisy on Saturday night until very late in the night. If you are a good sleeper, then that will not be a problem. Light sleepers or those whose goal is to rest up might be better off in a different location. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast great. Bed very comfortable.

Hotel Pauw is Brilliant! A change in itinerary afforded an extra day in Nijmegen and the Hotel Pauw had availability at the front end of our reserved stay. The location is amazing - right in the cafe's and central location was very convenient for our explorations of the area, the dining, and night life of Nijmegen. The staff - each day and each shift - were so very pleasant and accommodating - from the cafe at morning coffee - to the delicious meals and fantastic beers and drinks. Breakfast was typical - which is very good - muesli, juice, croissants, incredible muffins (my son mentioned his pleasant surprise with the muffins), amazing cheese (of course, where are we), and comfortable ambiance. The room was comfortable and quiet and very clean. Shower and linens and overall room was tip top. We loved it!

I loved the main hall and its colors. The music they played was extremely chill and upbeat and made my breakfast even better. My bedroom was very nice and bright, with a huge glass wall overlooking one of the main streets. It went past my expectations. Loved it and recommend.

The fan in my room was a bit noisy, so I had to choose whether to sleep with that on or with open windows, hearing noise from the main street. Not a big problem to fix anyway.

Had no idea how lucky we'd got when a cancellation meant we got to book Hotel Pauw! Such a gorgeous vibe in the perfect location with super friendly staff - we actually ended up extending our stay by an extra night because we were enjoying it so much! Can't wait to visit again, especially as we want to try the breakfast too :)

The lack of air conditioning is slightly unfortunate given the current heatwave, but the two fans provided took the worst of the heat away. Definitely wouldn't stop us staying again.

It's in the city center. A lot of cute restaurants and stores around.

Music is toooooooo loud at midnight.

The location was excellent and the staff was very nice and polite.

The bathroom needs a little renovation.

Elevator was busy the last day with deliveries. Had to bring down my luggage down the tiny staircase
