I was assigned a corner room on a high floor and the view was breath-taking. The room was well appointed and the layout was very interesting. You get a grandstand view of the surrounds from the bed. One of the best views in a bedroom anywhere. I arrived by train and the 'station' is within 100m. Sound insulation was superb and you don't hear the trains. Bicycles - both pedal and electric were provided. They were excellent in quality unlike some other places. The gym was small but sufficiently equipped. Nice and bright.

The clothes hangers were just at knee level which was not good. I wish toiletries (which were of good quality) could be dispensed in bottles instead of the tiny tubes provided.

View from the room above all at night, on the city skyline (across the river). Large parking place (free for guests). with electric vehicle charging station (possibly for extra fee). Room simple but practical and comfortable, Toiler seperaed from the room, Douche en-suite. Location. while outside the city center, easily reachable both by car and also by train. Common areas a bit 'tired' but still in the range of what you expect from this hotel chain (pleasant and moderately elegant). Nespresso machine with sufficient complementary coffee cups in the room. Good price-quality ratio overall.

Not much. Overall a good experience. Just the the toilet itself was slight damaged (inside), tired and not completly clean. It would have been nice to get mroe (free) water (at least half-liter per person instead of half-liter to share in two).

Big rooms, decent carpet (always clean), very nice big Windows, a Window sill to sit on, good beds, good room climate, good sound insulation to outside and inside environment ( you can hear next door doors in the morning, but, nothing else), good table and chairs, excellent day and night curtains, a bath tup :-), good coffee in the room, good lights (very adjustable)

Our room was large, light and airy and well supplied with toiletries etc. and was very comfortable. The parking was so easy as we were asked for our number plate in advance so the barrier opened on arrival. The food in the restaurant was very good. A charming wine waiter.

There was nothing bad at all but the way the restaurant staff were organised seemed rather inefficient!

The hotel had a pleasant foyer and reception area, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The free parking was excellent. Our room was spacious modern and clean as was the en suite. The view was amazing. The dining room was a good size and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff in the dining room and bar were very helpful and knowledgeable about allergens

Nice location and nice view from the 12 floor. The breakfast was great also, many choices.

Some glass marks on the windowsill and some dust. My disappointment was the the tv that wasn’t smart so I couldn’t see something else except Dutch channels that I can’t understand as I’m not a Dutch speaker.

Great queen room. Spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Love the large window! Amazing view over the Waal and Nijmegen. Breakfast had everything you could want. The staff was friendly. Parking garage next to the hotel. YOu give your license plate number beforehand, and that gives you free access to the parking garage during your entire stay. And also next to station Nijmegen-Lent, which means 5 min to Nijmegen Central.

The toilets on the grond floor were not very clean.

We had a corner room in the hotel and I just loved it! Windows everywhere. So clean and welcoming. A big hotel but yet it feels special. And breakfast wow! It just doesn’t get better. Staff is wonderful . Ate dinner in the bar at night because we were watching the euro match and it was just so much fun. A a perfect stay.

£606.38 was taken from my credit card on the day of my arrival (19 September) and an amount of £567.01 was refunded on the same day. Where did the £39.37 go? Can you investigate this on my behalf?

Good location next to the railway station, and with a multi-storey car park which is free for hotel guests. Large room with excellent views, a real bargain for the price we paid. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.
