We did not stay at Nimma hotel.upon arrival at Nimma hotel ,I just realized that due to hotel renovation ,they moved us to another hotel. It was no email from booking.com just a short notification in the booking.com web application. Luckily it was very nice from the hotel staff,help us to arrange a taxi and bring us to the new hotel.

The hotel the Gulden Waagen was in the city center,room was clean but it was no staff available in the evening.so everything has to be via phone call

Everything was great and super clean. Spacious room and staff assisted in changing towels upon request. Location was great too and quite close to Central via public transport. Always someone available at desk reception ehich was handy for asking questions at 1am in the morning when arriving back to the hotel. Bicycle rental just below hotel was convenient!

Everything was good. There was no soap in hand dispenser next to sink, but I am sure if I asked them to refill they would have done so without question:)

Overall the hotel is great: the rooms are a comfortable size, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Daily housekeeping, a continental breakfast (if you pay), and a nice cafe on the ground floor. It's a perfectly fine hotel.

The location is not that great. But, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, with direct links into the center and the south of Nijmegen. It's a little inconvenient compared to other hotels in the city, but overall manageable.

Very nice rooms with beautiful design and comfortable beds. The breakfast was rich and good. Bike rental just next to the hotel. Friendly staff.

Hotel is quite far away from the city center (about 20 min. by foot) so its useful to book a bike there. Scince the Hotel officially opens from 11, I had problems to get in contact with the reception during the stay, but the breakfast staff did their best to answer my questions. The air condition is controlled by the hotel and was very cold. To change the temperature you have to go to the reception.

A short taxi into Town. A very funky vibe to the hotel. Gave me a deal on the breakfast which included scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. Also let the three of us stay in what they state is their larger 6 person room ( ie 2 X singles, 2 X bunks, Sofa Bess) so it was a good size.

For the money, can't fault it if you want to see Nijmegen.

The beds were comfortable and being able to charge the electric car at the hotel for free was a bonus for us.

We were told we could pay the breakfast on the day but it turned out we had to pre-book the night before. However, the main shopping area was about 5-10 minutes drive away and we found a very good cafe for breakfast. We also found the air-conditioning in the room very cold and could not adjust the temperature; it turned out we had to go the reception to change the temperature for us. Nevertheless, we had a good stay and would definitely return to the hotel in future.

Hotel room was brilliant. It was aesthetically pleasing. TV was large. Bed was luxurious. Complimentary tea was delicious. There was plenty of natural light too. Staff was pleasant, efficient and cordial.

It wasn't really walking distance to anything and the exterior of the building can only really be described as an imposing concrete cube. This is the Netherlands though so it's plenty doable with a bike and a bus goes very frequently.

Breakfast was excellent. I knew about the location and found it acceptable with a very good bus link to the city centre Room was extremely comfortable. Reception staff were so helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, much larger than the one I had before in Nimma; I asked for a silent room and it was very silent so I had a wonderful night of sleep. The bed was perfect to me. There was also a water cooker in the room and all kinds of tea were provided, very convenient. And the breakfast was not abundant but there was sure enough choice to me with a.o. delicious chocolate croissants. The restaurant also has a very nice and interesting beer menu. The staff of the hotel is very kind, polite and helpful. I felt very welcome.

The only thing I can think about is the mirror position in the bathroom. Because I am only 1.63 m, I only can see my chin and upwards in the mirror. But there is second mirror in the room, where you can see yourself completely!

Breakfast buffet was tasty with good selection, very good value. Reception staff very helpful, called us a taxi.

Location fair- long distance from town centre-perhaps a good map/ directions could be supplied, details about buses. I think hairdryers should be supplied in rooms rather than borrowing from Reception!
