Security for our motorbikes was excellent, location was very good as we went to Arnhem for the history of WW2. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.

The main entrance to the hotel was very grubby, with cigarette butts littering the entrance. Dirty glasses and cigarette butts left on the tables overnight. The evening staff wanting to close the drinks bar early and not taking cash as they had cashed up! Some of the staff were more interested on using their mobile phones rather than serving customers at breakfast time

We enjoyed the easy access to the city's Airborne museum. And we really appreciated the hotel's dining facilities as our visit occurred during wet and cold weather , so seeking sustenance elsewhere was not desirable We both appreciated the wonderful cuisine offered by the hotel for our dinners as well as its delicious breakfasts. We also appreciated the generous size of our room as it became our home away from.home when the weather kept us indoors. Finally, and very Importantly, we really appreciated each staff.member with whom we came in contact. Each was friendly and incredibly generous with his/ her time whenever we sought their assistance. The quality of service they extended to us was truly exceptional and unparalleled in our experience. .

We didn't like having to leave such an exceptional hotel!

I liked the location in the city center. The room was big and comfortable. We had coffee and we could prepare tea in the room.

When we arrived, in the room we found just a single set of towels, even if the room was booked for two persons. I called at the reception desk, and it was solved, but I had to go down again to take the 2nd set of towels. I was tired and I would have preferred the staff to come and bring us the towels. The next day they were more careful, so we found everything ok, except the floor that was a little dusty. I wouldn't expect that to a 4 stars hotel. Just small issues, nothing serious, but it made me wonder if the hotels stars reflect the service quality anymore nowadays.

Professional hotel in excellent location. Room spacious, modern and clean. Perfect for our needs. Hotel has a restaurant, good for breakfast. Did not try dinner as we went out into Arnhem, very close to the old town with plenty of options for food/drink.

I had emailed the hotel via booking.com to make sure we had twin beds. Upon arrival it turned out we had a room with a double bed. I went back to reception, told them I had requested twin beds via the Booking.com messaging facility, and the receptionist was quite dismissive, saying "Booking.com never passes on messages". Which in this instance could be true, but the previous hotels on my cycling tour had all received my messages and responded. But in the end we got moved to a room with twin beds.

The hotel was located near a historically significant landmark. Comfortable stay in rooms with ample space. The room provides you with easily accessible mini-fridge, wardrobe and storage shelves as well as plenty of room for luggage and general maneuverability. The staff made a mistake in not providing towels but it was quickly rectified after a call to the front desk.

When you book the hotel through booking.com, the hotel might contact you through the website chat function to make a payment through a link. The payment through this link did not sync up with their system and I was asked to pay another time when I checked into the hotel. I was eventually refunded the double charge after notifying the reception, but I lost a few dollars due to foreign exchange differences at the time of payment and at the time of the refund. I recommend to people who are booking this hotel to make your payment at the time of check-in to save yourself from the hassle.

- Good location. - Friendly and pleasant staff. - The surroundings are quiet. - Situated almost in the centre of the city. - Large space with three windows. - Nice window view of John Frost Bridge. - The breakfast was excellent. - Free Biied play - Garage available for (10€/day) - Permitted us to continue parking after checking out.

- Parking was cunfusing. On booking it was mentioned 10€ /day but the flyer on the room stated free parking (see foto) - Only 3 towel on the bath.

The hotel was in a good location...easy to excess the town,restaurants, bars and other attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel lovely and clean. We didn't eat there so cannot cooment on the food etc. Would highly recommend if visiting Arnhem.

Keeping the bar open later.....we returned to the hotel late-ish on two evenings after a concert and the bar was closed/closing.....would have been nice to have finished the day off with a drink there! Also the bar was not well stocked -poor choice of drinks. Our only complaint!!

We were greeted on arrival with a lovely welcome and a helpful receptionist who answered our questions well. Our room was clean and spacious with good facilities. The location was great for Arnhem Bridge and accessing the centre. It’s a little walk from the bus and train station but we knew that when we booked it.

Really there is nothing wrong with the hotel but my only little gripe was the tiled floor in the shower, it was very slippy but I just put a towel down and then it was fine.

I liked how our rooms were very spacious and clean.

My spouse and I were in one floor and my children were on another floor. It wasn't great because it was floors apart, but it was too late and we needed to just turn in. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. When I booked the room on booking.com, I was not aware that we were to pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I previously paid for the rooms, but they could not find it in the system. Thankfully, I took pictures of the credit card statement and receipt saying I paid for them.

The hotel was situated in a great location. The reception staff were pleasant and really helpful. The reception and bar area was clean and a nice place to be. Loved the room it was a great size, nice bed and bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen area had coffee maker and the room had a fridge everything you need.

Safe didn't work and there were holes in the curtain nets which spoilt the tidy look of the room. The access to the underground car park is ridiculously tight, if you're driving anything bigger than a Ford Focus.
