Great location beside Arnhem Central train station was so convenient for all trains and buses. Loved the views of this striking train station from our 4th floor corner room. We were able to store our bags at the hotel before/after check-in and check-out to allow extra time for visiting museums. Many good restaurant options within a short walk and IMAX movie theater nextdoor. Very clean. Friendly staff. Complementary espresso and tea always available in lobby.

Room was non-smoking but hallway always smelled like cigarette smoke (thankfully room did not). Watch your head when looking out the attractive but odd-shaped window—we both hit our heads multiple times.

It had a lovely modern vibe, lots of places to eat near by, SPAR next door with fresh fruit etc too. Just to note, so you don't make the same mistake we did. There are two exits out of Arnhem station. One which literally goes to where the hotel is as opposed to the directions given by Google maps. I would book again. Staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage there as we attended a family wedding. Free coffee and tea and even some pastries. I felt safe staying with my teenage sons alone.

Room felt a bit tight, especially getting past the TV in our room. Also, all double beds and sofa bed - no twin option.

Our group took full advantage of the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, as well as the comfy seating area and large table, where we ate our breakfast the following morning. We did not pay for the breakfast at the hotel, since we are all light eaters and it was far more cost effective for us to buy food at the convenience store right next door and bring it back.

The room decor was dark, and the lighting didn't really seem adequate if you were searching for something in your bag. I would say they could do with some brighter lights in the rooms.

Generally I avoid 3* hotels but I wanted to extend my stay in Arnhem for one week so I moved from the 5*hotel across the street to Ibis Styles and I was pleasantly surprised with a bigger size room, a big bar on the 6th floor with beautiful views, a great service, friendly people at reception, and clean standards. Location is perfect next to the station, mini market, restaurants. I requested a quiet room and it was perfectly silent even with windows open.

Very central location. Just outside the railway station. Was able to leave the bags before we could checkout which was great as we went to Kroller Muller. We got the accessible room which was nice although the strange thing is that the room for disabled is at the very end of a very long corridor. Nice big room with a kitchen area (there were no appliances - which I did not expect). The staff suggested some nice restaurants which turned out to be great selections. An Albert Heinl which is just 50-100m from the hotel where you can buy croissants, sandwiches and whatnot. A cinema nearby... although we were too tired after the whole day. 5m away from the busses to Kroller Muller. And remember you can use free bikes at Kroller Muller you dont have to rent them outside (although they are just basic so if you want to do 20km in there then it makes sense otherwise getting to the center they are good). To get to the Kroller Muller you need to also but the tickets to the Hoge Veluwe but well it is as it is. There was coffee in the lobby which was nice and a small social area.

We have a fault with a facet which could not be fixed as we were leaving the next day. The room (generally for the disabled) was at the end of a very long corridor. It was a bit annoying to us and if someone on a wheelchair was to get there he would curse a bit. There was a kitchen but without utensils but it was not expected. It is Ibis so it is a 9 for Ibis just take this into account.

I came in by train so the location was excellent - right across from the train station. Nice walk to the city centre. The room was small yet very comfy for one person. There was a coffee station in the lobby and an area to sit and enjoy it in the morning.

It took me a bit to figure out the bathroom lights were on a sensor. I had left the door open and was looking for a switch to turn it off, then realised just had to close the door and it would go off.

The staff was very friendly at all times. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, allowing me to make the most of my time in the city. The breakfast room is on the top floor and has a terrace with beautiful views of the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable in terms of public transportation due to its proximity to the train station and its proximity to a city bus hub. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

Cannot beat the convenient location to the Arnhem Centraal train station. We walked to the Operation Market Garden Bridge Museum and all around the old town area. We walked a ways to the Open Air Museum (terrific and a lovely walk through a park). We took a bus to the Kroller- Muller Art Museum (fabulous art collection) from the bus/train station just steps away from the hotel. The hotel is very close to good restaurants. Our twin room was snug but the beds were comfortable, the shower very good. Breakfast was lovely on the top floor with an excellent view.

Pretty much everything was great! It was clean, the staff was amazing, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also great! My boyfriend would have really enjoyed that! We might come back just for that :D

There was a constant ventilation noise, so they let me change rooms, but that one still had it (although less). And the cleaning lady tried to kick me out twice before my check out time, which was a little annoying.

The location is very good - right next to the train station and at the start of the old city. We booked a room for two nights for three people - the room was a good size as was the bathroom. The bed was nice and the room had large windows to let the little light in Netherlands at this time of year into the room. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is ok - scrambled eggs, cold cuts and beans - for about Euro 15 per person. The only thing lacking in both rooms in which we stayed are room lights. There are lights near the beds and against the walls - but no lights in the center of the room, so the room is relatively dark.
