Splendid location, a true getaway in nature easy enough to find by car but still feels off the beaten path. The rooms are simple yet very functional

Limited services on site outside checkout and small restaurant for breakfast and dinner. No ventilation in kitchen and damaged/misused kitchen utensils. At night it can be dificicult to walk around as there are almost no lights. I realize this is likely for the benefit of nature, but dimmable and motion triggered lights along the pathway would make the grounds safer. Blackout curtains in the hall-living room would be better.

This is an incredible place to stay. It feels secluded and peaceful, while still being in a great location. On arrival the employees were friendly, helpful and made the whole stay a warm, welcoming experience. This was by far the most relaxing place I stayed on my whole trip. waking up and being able to sit outside with a coffee and feel like you are in the woods. There is also great parking and really excited to try the restaurant next time I stay.

The only downside which I wouldn't even call a massive downside is you can hear the next-door cabin if you are attached, late at night I could hear the television. But only in the front living area, the bedroom was silent and well soundproofed. Also I am aware that the hotel is not responsible for other guests behaviour.

Very calm & quiet place in the woods, the only thing you could hear most of the times were the birds during the day. The cabins itself looked just like on the pictures, very modern interior and the couch/ bed and chairs were very comfortable. Everything in the cabin and the restaurant/ reception was very clean and I think it goes without saying that the outside area was full of leaves from the forest - I mean you are staying in a forest so that’s just naturally. All the footpaths, driveways and grass areas around the restaurant/reception were all clear and the parking area not far from the cabins. The staff was extremely friendly and super welcoming. We got a free upgrade to a kings suite as there was nobody staying there for that day. We appreciate this a lot!

Loved the accommodation...loved it!!. Spacious...roomy....everything you need is there. Fantastic shower room....huge bed...comfy. Television channel choices were brilliant. Food was fantastic great portion sizes. Was quiet....peacefully tranquil. ALL the staff are Lovely and helpfull. My first visit to Arnham....Holland, and you guys made it great, along with all the local people I met. A beautiful country....truly beautiful!... (puts England to shame)

You need your own transport.... Price of Taxi's hurt your wallet. But that's my own fault, I didn't plan ahead. Taxi service is fast and efficient tho....use UBER, cheapest option. Possibly make it clearer on Booking.com about breakfast option. Struggled to find how to book the restaurant for evening meal.....(probably me being blind)🤣 But staff where lovely and helped me out anyways 🇬🇧👍.

The area was easily accessible by public transport. From Arnhem Central. We had to take a 22 minute bus and after that a 10 minute walk along the beautiful forestpaths. We got a warm welcome by the receptionist (Simone) who made us feel at home right away. She even gave us a lift to our lodge, showing the area in the process. The lodge itself was great! It was very clean and everything we would need was present and in good shape. We really loved the great bed! The area around the lodge was kept in great shape as well and it was incredibly relaxing to listen to the ambient sounds of the surrounding forest. On the campsite there is also a restaurant within walking distance which has a really cozy vibe. The prices there are reasonable and the food is of great quality.

There wasn't too much lighting on the roads after it would become dark, which made it a bit harder to go out at night or navigate through the area. We understand, however, that this is done to preserve the feeling of being in the middle of the forest so we did not really mind this.

We only stayed one night but it was absolutely lovely! Beautiful setting with nature all around the cabin, massive glass windows to enjoy the trees. We also really appreciated the great little Italian restaurant at the entrance to the site! Staff were brilliant and very accommodating. We will be back for a longer stay next time!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the wonderful location. Directly in the forest close to the Hoge Veluwe national park. Upon our arrival we were welcomed warmly by the host. In the cabin there were many brochures about the area and sights to see, which we appreciated. The view from the cabin into the forest was magical. The breakfast was nice and brought each morning in a box to the cabin. We loved the fresh orange juice.

The cabin itself was a bit dusty and not 100 percent clean after we had arrived and unpacked. We did not mind so much since the location itself is directly in nature and some dust should not disrupt the stay. The provided "milk" was very little. Since there is no supermarket close by (and we were by bike) it would have been nice to receive some in the breakfast basked as well, just a thought. But we managed also without.

Loved the location in the woods! The only sounds were the wind in the trees and birds, perfect to unwind. The cosily furnished cabins are very well equipped and the Auping beds are very comfortable. Only 25 mins walk to the Schaarsbergen entrance to Hoge Veluwe National Park where you can hop on one of the white bikes and cycle to the outstanding Kröller Müller Museum. Hope to come back one day!

Good breakfast! Well worth the price and convienice. Nice bed and great looking house. The nature around the house is amazing and really pretty. Staff was kind and welcoming and wanted to help with what ever was necessary :)

The plates, glasses and cuttlery looked a little thrown together and not really tought out. Some things were double some where not. A little annoying if you have one perfect spoon for your hot coffee and the other mug has a spoon that completely submerges.

Lodges are nicely designed, spacious and well built, they strike the right balance between luxury and coziness. The layout of the park is very nice, with not too many lodges cramped together. Staff super friendly and helpful. E-bikes were great.

Shower did not have shower gel/shampoo and there were no slippers in the lodge. Bread/croissants that were part of the breakfast were not bad, but not great either. Reception not well reachable by phone - I called twice and both times no answer. These are just small things that we noticed, by no means did they make our stay unpleasant.
