Great customer service and a lovely restaurant offering great food. The place is a paradise for any nature lover or a runner / cyclist. Rooms are tastefully decorated with super comfortable beds. I was travelling with kids: we all really enjoyed our stay there.

Small thing: the corridors look and feel doesn't correspond with the highest quality experienced everywhere else. It wouldn't discourage me from staying there again though.

Beautiful property immerse in nature with trekking trail in the forest. The junior suite was very pretty and curated in the details. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant which exceeded our expectations. The service and food were excellent, the chicken breast was the most tender I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. Excellent experience overall.

Location, nature , spacious , breakfast and dinner

The beautiful and peaceful location and the friendliness of the staff. Comfortable bed and lovely restaurant with outside dining. The room we had although beautifully styled was challenging in terms of headroom and the layout. There were a lot of furniture items in the room and low ceiling areas. Although this was not a problem for us it might be for someone with limited mobility.

Great breakfast peaceful location

Our first room was very hot due to the sun striking through the very large windows. We were promptly changed to a much cooler room of similar grade which was perfect. The staff took on board our feedback about housekeeping shutting the curtains on sunny days to keep the room temperature down. Both rooms were well appointed.

Exceptional hotel, the food was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel and the park within which it stands are stunning. Arnhem centre is beautiful and less than an hour to walk from the hotel, under 10 minutes by car.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, but slightly outdated. The shower was in the room itself, and water leaked underneath the shower door, making it wet around the shower.

Beautiful setting on edge of forest with lovely peaceful walks. Restaurant (3-course meal) was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet and cozy. Perfect for a couple day get-away. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly in person and via text.

The staff were super friendly and also very fluent in English. The location exceeded my expectations, I’m definitely booking again to explore more of the local area. The food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was delicious.

Taking into consideration that this is a 4-star hotel, there is nothing to complain about.
