The front desk person was friendly. Dinner was tasty in the restaurant and served quickly. It was nice to have an indoor pool and sauna onsite. The forest surroundings were quiet.

There was black mold on the back wall of the indoor pool. The room's balcony was full of moss making it not welcome to sit outside. There were no towels or changing rooms down by the pool. The bedrooms wc sink was cracked and it didn't have a min bathroom light or fan. Very dark.

The location is beautiful and quiet, very close to the forest, though I didn't have the opportunity to visit the forest. The restaurant is great, I loved the food and attention, even though it was a bit slow. Pity I couldn't try the breakfast. The wifi works well, but there aren't any USB plugs in the room. The balcony was fine, however, there was fungus on the floor and walls close to the balcony door. The bathroom was clean and fine, and the facilities in the room too. The reception was welcoming and friendly. Thanks for your help!👍🏻There is a bike rental and a swimming pool in the hotel, which I wish I could have used. Maybe a next time!

The fungus around the balcony door, the carpet looks a bit old/dirty, and there are no USB plugs in the room. The restaurant is very good, but as mentioned before, a bit faster would have been better.

Beautiful and quiet view from the window, spacious room, nice area, 8/10, I think it's perfect place for a getaway holiday

Some facilities can be maintained: dripping shower tap, very stiff washing basin tap, old hair dryer, and Wifi not so stable. It'll be such a perfect place if these things are better

Some parts could do with a little paint here and there. Had dinner one evening and was not at all impressed. A burger for 25 euro that looked and tasted like a cheap supermarket burger. But it could be coincidence. Breakfast was great. Wish I could have stayed longer. No airco in rooms but cool enough to sleep

We really appreciated the service of the staff there, who were friendly, kind and considerate. Facilities were also clean which was lovely, and location grounds were in a peaceful wooded area.

We understand that Fletcher is a chain, so the menus are probably similar all across the country. This was our main concern of our stay there, covid and travelling on foot, meant that our food choices were very limited. We found the meals did not match the cost of what they were priced at. Very expensive... We also didn't realise that every room had a balcony, and we booked the junior suite only because of this. So perhaps clearer instructions + letting customers know that there is a wooded view or carpark view would be great :)

The hotel is situated in a tranquil location and has an excellent restaurant. Staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. Friendly staff, perfect location and excellent facilities. The underground car park was an added bonus for us in open top jeeps!

Everything about the property was great. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was amazing.
