Friendly staff, exceptional food in the evening, good breakfast, comfortable bed, balcony, plenty of space to relax - indoors and out.

Need more staff. Sometimes there was one member of staff to wait in the breakfast room, cook and replenish the breakfast, man reception, check out multiple visitors, answer queries and anything else that might have cropped up. It’s not their fault but they should be supported when people are checking in or out at busy times. Also, the bar needs to be more adequately stocked or there should be some capacity to restock between deliveries. Much more would have been spent at the bar, had the stock been there.

The hotel was located in a beautiful and quiet area in the middle of the forest. With the e-bike many nice tours could be done and there was also a shelter where the bike could be kept and charged

The furniture of the room was quite old

I liked the fast and problem-free service, and I have the impression that this team is able to solve every little problem to make every guest feel welcome.

Nice old place at a calm location. Free parking, good breakfast. Spacious room with a good balcony. Friendly staff. Overall a nice place to spend a night.

It's a very old place, it shows the age. Rooms are not that sound proof. Very dim lights. Note that the restaurant closes at 8 PM.

This is a vintage hotel in the middle of nature. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. We have stayed one night with 11 friends in total and we had a good time. The environment is ideal for walking and cycling.

Most beautiful, tranquil location in the woods. Friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere.

If you like modern and new, this place is not for you.

The location is in the forest, near woods

Breakfast was very poor, but cost 15 EUR. The wifi did not work in the hotel room. It was hard to reach the property and even harder to leave (30-50 EUR to the nearest train station). Unfortunately, no transfer is provided.

very quite and beautiful location, Kind and helpful staff upon request, being at the forest area, Cozy and old stylish place, should not expect a modern four star hotel but should enjoy the style.

An amzingly romantic getaway to the last century. Everything had been left intact the way it was for decades.

No amusement/ games/ music in the restaurant/ bar.

Quite surrounding but still close to Wageningen. That I could bring my dog was a plus as well. (Cost were a bit high for a 3kg dog)

My pillow was a bit hard.
