We really liked the patio access. It was lovely warm spring weather when we were there and we enjoyed a nice relaxing sit on the patio in the afternoon. Very quiet & peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped. Blinds were good at keeping the room dark for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was huge and very tasty! Our host was very friendly and was well prepared. Great shower as well.

The only thing was that the bathroom was out in the hall. There is nothing the owner can do about this because of the configuration of the building. That said, the bathroom and hall are private to the B&B suite. We might suggest some sort of night light in the hall.

We had a great breakfast. Nice warm buns, different cold cuts and cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juice and milk. And Peter was a great host.

Nothing we didn't like. Only bathroom at the end of the hall. But not a big deal. We had a great 2 nights

Our host, Peter, was very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment is quite large with plenty of room for the four distinct areas: sleeping, living, dining and kitchen with a private bathroom down was down the hall. There is even a good sized terrace with table and chairs for our use but sadly we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it. Everything was clean and inviting. We appreciated the off street parking and the fact that the property is in a lovely neighborhood.

We loved everything about this property except that our stay was just one night.

Good value for overnight stay. Clean and good host.

Slept for next day conference at Reehorst, pretty long bike ride, should have googled it better. Ceiling heaters were way too hot, had to reprogram the heating system because it couldn't be turned off. Should be comfy in winter times though.

Peter and Marianne provided an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and had everything one could need. I did appreciate that there was a first aid kit, a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher in the home. The vase of yellow tulips were a lovely welcome.

Nice room with all services: autonomous heating, netflix, a fantastic shower, very comfortably bed. A lot of welfare inside ;) Maybe need a pair of bike for guests without a car ;) house is in the nice suburbs of Ede.

The apartment is self contained with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet so we had a good night’s sleep. Peter, our host, was friendly and very helpful.

I didn't take the breakfast option as I purchased bread, cheese, ready meals and milk in the nearby Albert Heijn. It is an option for those wishing to stay here. I heated ready meals on 2 of the evenings

For me a car is necessary to stay here although there are buses nearby.

Nice apartment, improved from my last visit, one year ago. Peter and his wife help you, if you need. Bathroom fantastic.

The studio apartment was bright, welcoming and a comfortable place to stay while in Ede for a family wedding. Peter and Marianne were great hosts and responded to our requests promptly including replacing the mattresses. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well. We hope to stay here again on our yearly trip to Ede.
