I had to be in Ede early in the morning, for an event and decided to spend a night nearby. The breakfast was good, with ample choices. Just after I arrived, I also had dinner in the restaurant and this was pretty good too. The staff were all very friendly and I had a comfortable room, with a large and luxurious bath.

Whether the location is good very much depends on your needs. It is close to the motorway and the Veenendaal de Klomp railway station and that's great if you have to be in the area (like I was) or are passing through by car and want to spend a night before continuing your travels. However, there's nothing much else of interest in the direct vicinity, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a holiday.

I loved how parking is free on-site. The workers were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is really convenient as well.

I didn't like how the food was priced, yet the quality didn't match. The food barely to no flavor in the food. If the hotel wants to charge the prices they do for the food. The food needs to match the flavor, portion size, and quality worth of the price. For example, I went to a restaurant with my partner the next day and there the food was half the price as the hotel, but the amount, flavor and quality was by far superior to the hotel's food. This other restaurants food was definitely 5 star quality. The room doors need to be more soundproof. You can easily hear conversations being had in the hallways, which mean they can hear what's going on in the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Large rooms. Nice design of both room and public areas. Room was 100% sound proof. Fantastic breakfast. One of the best buffets we have ever encountered. Huge parking lot under the building. Very convenient. Very near the A12, so driving in and out is easy.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, but maybe that is a Dutch thing.

Hotel room was really big, bed was comfortable and the service was really really great! As we went with our baby we ordered breakfast and meals to the room and everything was perfect!

I personally do not enjoy of the open bathroom concept, but I got used to it. We also found a big spider during the night and no one could help us since it was late :(. Gladly when we woke up the spider was gone.

Location. Hotel should consider adding a shuttle to/from Veenendaal de Klomp train station. We tried to get a taxi on Sunday and it wasn’t possible. So ended up having to walk to the hotel in 31 degree heat. If an on-demand shuttle can be arranged, this would beneficial. I also think a transfer option of a shuttle into the center of Veenendaal would be good. This will the town more accessible as the hotel is very far from this.

We were there for a wedding in a nearby location so we loved how the room had a huge full body mirror, a lot of space to get dressed, hang our clothes nicely, and spread all our accessories. It was decorated really nicely, neat and everything still new. The big window let a lot of natural light in. Furthermore, the wellness facilities were a fantastic way to relax and recover the next day! Online check in was also pretty handy to speed up the process, I was able to check in while on the way to the hotel.

There is room from improvement regarding cleanliness of the room (upon arrival) and although it was fantastic to have a Nespresso machine in the room, the coffee capsules themselves were not that great. But this is really to point something out, all positive points surpass these two small negative aspects.

Don't know if it was just me - but I couldn't find the pedestrian entrance/exit, so always ended up using the carpark entrance/exit. Quite far from de Klomp station with luggage. Shower water not hot enough. Open plan bathroom could be problematic for some.

Big, quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast is great! Price/quality ratio is really good

We were travelling by bicycle and the hotel provided excellent bike storage facilities in a locked room. The restaurant service and food were fabulous. Breakfast was exceĺlent with great choices and the best croissants. Great hotel and great experience.

We treated ourselves to a superior room (for not a lot more money) and it was really nice. Couldn't stop having a bath given it was next to the bed! spent lots of time looking out of the window as we were so high up. very nice.
