The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice on offer. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful. The dining room was always clean and it was very good to have the air conditioning on.

The outside area could do with some maintenance, weeds removed from between the path and the brick raised beds. And the rubber mats could do with replacing at the top of the outside steps as they are looking shabby and are becoming trip hazards. Also, the hotel information sheets should be updated. As the bar was closed at thirty and forty minutes earlier than advertised on the information sheet, 2230 and 2220. And one last item, the rooms other than the suites do not have coffee/tea making facilities with a kettle or a fridge. An ironing board with an iron would also be very useful. With these items in the rooms then I feel the hotel would be truly a four star hotel

breakfast was great - very big choice, omelettes cooked specially for you if requested, plenty of excelent coffee, orange juice, yoghurt, variety of cereals, cold meats/cheese, soft/hard boiled eggs, bacon, mushrooms

our (huge) room seemed a little underlit to us (Australians). we're getting used to not having any tea/coffee making or minifridges in 2 of the 3 european hotels we have stayed in

Staff was very kind. Explained all the services and were available 24/7. Jaccuzi felt very clean. Goody bag when checking in... Breakfast was expensive, but at a very nice location with the sweetest staff.

The hotel is next to a road, which means you could hear some cars driving by. Ofcourse when booking, you can see this on te map. Also the jaccuzi starts cleaning about 10/15 minutes after use. This wasn't told, so I had a little jumpscare as it makes a very loud blowing sound.

I loved how there’s a bar and restaurant accompanied with mini games for people to play all in the same place, the aesthetic both in the room and downstairs are visually stunning

There’s not much I didn’t like to be honest, besides the view from the window looking outside (there’s not much you can do about that) it was overall pretty cool

Very nice and big hotel with spacious parking for car and quite close to the nice part for one who would like to run or walk in the evening. Hotel has the restaurant, so relitevily you can spend the whole evening without leaving premises.

Hotel is quite distant from old town of Ede, where the whole night life is concentrated, the inhause restaurant is working the second half of the week too.

The staff and the breakfast were good.

The constant bombarment of emails, sometimes 3 in one day. The strange fact the hotel advised that it was fully booked in September 2024 when we tried to book the same dates as we checked out in September 2023. Then, 3 months later rooms were available.

I really liked the staff, they were really kind and even gave me a birthday gift, which was super lovely. The restaurant was also pretty nice, we both enjoy yes the food and the breakfast was large with a lot of choice and fresh orange juice.

The rooms were really basic in contrast to the rest of the hotel. But that wasn't an issue considering the price.

The breakfast is exceptional. There is a games room which was entertaining, if you have kids it would be a good way to keep them occupied. The location by the train station is convenient, but there's not much to do without a longer walk.

The restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday nights, this was not communicated beforehand, and there are limited options nearby. The bathroom could use an update. The springs in the matress were noticeable but comfortable enough for a couple nights. Some of the front desk staff had limited English.

Everything was very good

Our room nr. 23 was very luxurious including the view out front. We only found the set-up of the electric plugs insufficient and the access to the light switch when entering the room at night impossible to find.

The receptions staff were welcoming and helpful and also the bar staff. A good selection of cocktails were available and we enjoyed playing on the fantastic pinball machine. Breakfast was great.

We could have been informed before arrival that the road to the hotel was closed We had driven for five hours from the UK and found it frustrating that we had to find an alternative way to access the hotel.
