We visited the hotel for the first time and the experience was wonderful. Very kind staff, very nice lobby, rooms, dining room, everything. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, big, the curtains were blackout, bathroom also spacious and the room was clean. Breakfast was tasty, delicious and well prepared, a large variety of food, freshly squeezed oranges, everyone will love it! Hope to see you again, the place is very nice, the staff is really friendly and kind. I am recommending this hotel.

The breakfast was the best we ever had in any hotel in Europe. enormous choice, beautifully presented, all fresh. The room was nice and large enough, so was the bathroom.

The rooms were a bit far away, either by going outside to another building, or staying inside and then you had to go one floor up and later down again. Something to get used to. I think there are better located rooms in the main building, but they are probably not given to booking.com clients and must be more expensive.

The size of the room , the food choices, free parking and the minibar to keep our water cold.

We thought it was in Nijmegen and it took a lot of time going into town and we ended up not seeing many of the sights. 2 I’m not sure if it was your hotel that didn’t provide cold tap water during dinner. If so , we were irritated that we were expected to pay E5 for water at dinner when it’s safe to drink. We’re in France and at dinner tonight we had 2.5 bottles of cold tap water with no charge.

Room was very comfortable - clean and very comfortable beds! Breakfast and food menu was great - ate several meals at the hotel because it was nice. All staff were very friendly, professional and spoke very good English. Bonus was having access to parking that was super easy.

I would have liked to have the option of coffee from the hotel bar rather than the automatic machine at breakfast. This is really minor, I honestly couldn't fault the hotel.

Our room was very comfortable and big. The patio was nice too.

The area where we were parking near our room had limited spaces while we where there. There was yellow tape around parking spaces. One time we had to park in front because there wasn't enough space to park near our room. Which made it a bit difficult for my husband who uses a cane.

The air conditioning in my Room 315 was making an annoying noice when i tried yo increase the fan from three to five Secondly, the coffee cups are just too small. The coffee cups available are widely used around the world for espresso and not for Latte or drink that requires large amount.

The staff was very friendly and even loaned me a fan the week I spent on the 3rd floor. They also were able to get me on the ground floor when I requested it a head of time as it is cooler than the top floor

The top floor was a little warmer than I like but then again I’m spoiled I like 13-14 Celsius not 20

For the first time a family room was spacious enough for a family of four. The room was luxurious and the children aged 14 and 12 had separate beds- wonderful. The restaurant was lovely, just the time it took to be served could be improved.

It took a long time to finally get our food- luckily the conversation was good but the children were very tired and very hungry during that 1hr wait.

The hotel is ghreat, the room I had was very spacious, clean, great en suite. It also had a huge terrace outside. THe restaurant was very good great breakfast too. Parking is easy and free. I will stay there again for sure

Superb choice for the breakfasts, and because we arrived around late afternoon, but had begun our travels in the UK at 5.50 am (!), we were very hungry and were delighted that you served food all day. We dined well, then slept for an hour before meeting family at the hotel.
