Disappointed to the SPA STAFF. with the recent experience my spouse and I had at your spa. During our honeymoon, we booked a massage appointment that was unfortunately scheduled incorrectly by your staff. When we attempted to address this issue, we were informed that the booking could neither be changed nor canceled. Furthermore, we found the staff to be unhelpful and inattentive. Instead of assisting us, they were observed chatting amongst themselves, showing no effort to resolve our issue. This has marred what should have been a special occasion for us. I hope you can address this matter promptly and take steps to improve your customer service

Everything was convenient, the route and excess to the Spa. The gym was clean, full of professional equipment and spacious. The room was nice and the balcony great with the evening sun. Breakfast was very elaborate with lots of choices. Bike rent was easy and convenient. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly.

It would be great to have a coffee/tea making option in the room. As you are not allowed to bring your own bag to the Spa, I was surprised that you are asked to pay 5 euro's for a very ugly tiny bag that you will never use again. This is really unnecessary and bad service from my perspective, it should just be available (in the room/with check-in) and included in the price. The Marina restaurant is quite bad in terms of quality, high prices and service. Overpriced tapwater (7,50 a bottle) and very dry chicken satay and set up is like a fast food restaurant with steep prices.

It was a well maintained and clean hotel. The spa is nothing major but during the week it was nice and quiet and they have a couple of large bubble baths and the temperature is pleasant. If you’re a big fan of saunas then I would recommend Elysium. But in combination with a hotel stay and if you want to visit Nijmegen this is a good value to price hotel. The staff were very friendly, the food at breakfast was always quickly replenished and The quality of the food was alright. Plenty of choice. It is a little bit strange that you have to pay a sum for the parking but you get a “free” card to exit and enter the parking lot during your stay. And though it’s a bit strange, I’ve experienced other hotel chains doing the same. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend. I’d love to visit again

There are lots of options to enjoy, from an outside pool with jets and waterfalls to different types of saunas inside and different pools to sit in. Evening meal was excellent! The waiter staff in the restaurant on the ground floor next to the baths were all excellent - very speedy service and the food there was great. I was also happy that it wasn't a naked spa - you have to wear pool clothing.

The different pools inside all mentioned different fragrances which I really couldn't smell at all. It was quite tricky finding a place to sit during the day, as nearly all the seating had been taken already. Don't know why the cafe on the second level is included as it was difficult to understand how to order - and what you could order was pretty basic.

The location was very good, in the middle of the forest. The temperature was very pleasant in the pools. The pool outside is very nice. Also I would like to rate the breakfast as excellent.

Some of the staff members were not polite. We have requested to change 2 times the rooms as they were with the bad smell from smoking, but fortunately we were able to change them. There were only two saunas, which are very small for this amount of people who were using the SPA. We couldn't use them for few hours.

Fabulous location away from the city, a perfect place to rest and relax. Friendly helpful staff, good food and nice selection of choice. Self service breakfast with everything you might want. Spa and pools are wonderful and lovely outside facilities when the sun shines, just gorgeous! Comfortable spacious room with balcony. Thank you for our stay, would definitely stay here again.

There isn’t really anything to add here. Other than suggest the hotel update the room showers to a walk in shower. I missed having coffee making facilities in my room. Someone did pinch my flip flops however they were quickly replaced.

Spacious and quiet room with a Private balcony with a view, breakfast buffet was good, spa facilities were good, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bikes available for hire at the hotel is good.

Towels and bathrobes for the spa should be included in the spa facility. There were no other eating places anywhere near the hotel.

Breakfast was superb!!! The location was excellent!!

I was dissatisfied with dinner. The salmon was undercooked, which can be hazardous due to the risk of parasites. When we mentioned this, the staff didn't take any corrective action and simply said, "Next time we hope it will be better." This is not what I consider good customer service. Additionally, while I understand the no-photography rule in the spa area, it's a shame to miss capturing its beauty.

At the bar next to reception not a friendly staff, I cannot proof but I am more than sure that they giving you less than should if you taking a shot. Maybe they tried before served if the rum was good enough to serve ;) as I said i cannot proof so lets hope that it was a mistake and they are not cheating on others.

This was my second time in this hotel. I like everything, the room is clean, a large spa center, an outdoor pool and a lot of the same inside.

On my birthday I decided to go to rezul. The price was 22 € per person, where we just went to the shower and they brought us clay for the body, after which we simply washed off with water. In my opinion it's a bit expensive for this. They did not offer any minimum discount for the birthday
