The Hotel is perfect to reach by car and there is enough parking space for free. Even if its traffic all around, its was really quiet in the room due to double windows, which we were able to open. We were lucky to get a room in the 5th floor with a view to the west side which was very nice and clean. Thank you for that. The rooms were modern, the bed was huge with a big continuous topper on the mattresses and a huge blanket. The bathroom was really nice and modern. The breakfast was good, you can also get freshly made egg omlette, great cheese, orange juice, sweet dishes. The AC in the room worked perfectly, quiet and efficient. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is really nice and helpful.

We missed a few amenities. A floor towel would have been useful. A nourishing shampoo of quality and a nice shower gel would have been nice. Instead we had an all-in-one product, neither our skin nor our hair liked it. Also we missed a body lotion and facial tissues. Bikes to borrow would be great. 0,75ml water for 5,10€ is way to expensive.

Room and bathroom were comfortable. There is little packing space, no drawers only a little hanging space and a few shelves, however everything was overall clean and neat. Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. Good number of channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi was adequate for what I needed to do.

Towards the middle to end of our stay I did not feel that the room was being cleaned so well. The linen and towels were not changed. Coffee machine was useless and there is no kettle or teabags in the room, until I requested that. Coffee cups were never washed or rotated which I think it a minimal requirement. Food looked and smelt good, although we could not afford to eat in the dining room, because the South African Rand is worth so little.

I like the room. It was so romantic and gorgeous. I also like that the room was exactly as the foto on the Internet website. The setting of the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and I will definitely stay there again when next I return to the Nederlands for a short trip.

I didn't like that there was road work going on, and it was confusing to find the entrance to the hotel.

Really comfortable room. Large and comfy bed. Fab bathroom! Very good selection for breakfast - this was an extra. Pool table which we really enjoyed. Didn’t use the gym. Free parking in secure car park. Really impressed.

Not an issue for us but there are roadworks outside part of which is front of the hotel but access remains easy and there was no noise on the days we were there.

Very comfortable, light and airy, modern room that was very comfortable. Exceptionally friendly staff, who provided useful information on how to get into Amsterdam, which involved a bus and tram. Lovely bar and restaurant downstairs, or a nearby supermarket if one wanted to sort oneself out with something.

A bit further out of Amsterdam than we had perhaps appreciated, but manageable in an hour with bus and tram, once one knew where one had to go.

Staff very helpful; booking a taxi, providing a kettle (you need to request it, and this is clearly signed at the desk), and, as we had bought a picnic to each in our room, we needed cutlery which they were happy to provide. Nijmegen Goffert train station within easy walking distance though route a little tricky the first time. Not alot of restaurants in the area, but a Lidl and Coop close by (didn't eat in the hotel, though many were and the food looked reasonable). Very convenient for the nearby park and Goffertstadion. Shiny new fitness room. Big walk in shower. Great views from 5th floor. Comfortable bed.

Slightly awkward to get to on foot (essentially on an island between two roads) but once done, easy to find.

I like the facilities they had, like the pool table, vending machine, restaurant and gym. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also liked that you were able to park inside.

Overall there wasn't anything to really dislike, I would say that the rooms were quite stuffy and the bathroom extractor wasn't working or wasn't working very well at the time, but those were small things as there was an aircon and the windows can open.

Spacious, clean and comfy. The bed was super cosy. The shower room was excellent. Amazing value for money. Secure with ample off road parking. Great bar and very friendly staff

Shame there were road works around the property which added to travel times and cab waiting times.

Staff always superb from night porter to front end staff at reception to breakfast dinner and room cleaning staff .All work very much at very effective pace without any stress .They all know their job very well .I have stayed here before and this time always pleasure working with managers and Kitty and Maria who are helping all guests every day .I had some things to do with bills and reception staff had everything everytime resolve quickly safely and no fuss great to have them here .I always come back here as staff are what make this hotel exceptional besides great food in restaurant.I recommend all dishes on main course fish ,meat and starter carpaccio is awesome too .Soups gorgeous also .Waiters in evening and waitresses also work very hard very fast getting all orders in and service with smile they are always in good form great to see staff getting on so well enjoying their job every day

Rooms are clean with comfortable bed. Tiles on the floor. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very nice /reception, restaurant, breakfast/. Large parking space available. Breakfast actually exceeded my expectations with selection and very nice lady preparing omelets. One of our rooms at the end of the corridor had view into three sides which was nice. The hotel is not in the center, but buss stop is very near /we needed to stay in this area and were satisfied with the stay.
