We had an important exam the next day so it was a really confortable cosy environment. It was clean. The food was also good. It is also close to the citycenter

In the morning we had to eat breakfast too quick because we had to hurry for an important exam. The employee who was preparing breakfast warned us as to wait until 8 o' clock if we were little children . The breakfast was ready and we had only 10 minutes to eat. Than she asked the roomnumbers in an impolite way. Maybe you can find another solution to this problem maybe a card or something that shows we already paid and we are not some homeless people who are trying to steal the breakfast.

I genuinely liked everything about it – from the way the room is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, to the exceptional services offered. The staff who work there truly stand out; they are friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I would liked if there was instruction how to use air condition and etc. As it was all in dutch(or perhaps I was blind). But in rest it did not hindered the comfort. And I could not open TV or at least did not know how.

Large comfortable bed and room, beautifully decorated with small private balcony. Very nice private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities, which were brilliant! Staff were very friendly. Dinner was excellent. Ideal location for university and MPI (which we were visiting) but 15mins taxi from station/main town (€15). Would highly recommend.

Automatic light in bathroom turns on and wakes partner if you go to the toilet at night. It also goes off unhelpfully while you shower!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful large room (214) with terrace. A very quiet hotel; and ideally placed near the hospital and Radboud University. On bus route into the city centre. Excellent restaurant.

Elevator very slow, and wasn't always working during our stay. But this is only a very minor point.

The hotel features a beautiful design, a luxurious atmosphere, and exceptionally attentive staff. It offers a quiet environment and delicious food, and is conveniently located near Radboudumc Hospital. Overall, it’s an excellent choice.

Everything looked clean. The restaurant on the ground floor is very nice.

In room 209 there is some machine sound coming from behind the wall next to the closet/desk. The room was big but felt a bit empty. It would have been very nice to have larger and more comfortable/inviting sitting area next to the window (now two very small chairs and a small table).

I booked the hotel because I had an early medical appointment at the hospital nearby. The accommodation was easy to reach by public transport and very close to the hospital. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, and there was the option to have dinner at the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Although the stay was overall a very good experience, we were a bit disappointed from the breakfast because it was nothing special. The main items you'd expect have been there (e.g. eggs, cheese, ham, bread etc.) but even though the breakfast was open for another hour the food was not refilled and the variety was quite limited.

Community area with kitchen and free coffee and tea, big room and balcony, desk to work, very comfy bed, nice design, great breakfast with vegan milk, which is much appreciated! Also a good restaurant that belongs to the hotel.

I'm personally not a big fan of using my phone to get into the room/ hotel, would prefer to have a key card in case the phone battery dies.

I like the size of the room and the facility.

I didn't notice from the pictures that the kitchen was in a common area and the stove appeared to be out of order. I guess I didn't pay close enough attention. However, it turned out to be fine since I only stayed for two nights and was too jet-lagged to cook anyway.
