The Staff were amazing and the level of service they provided was above my expectations. Even if there was a language barrier with the night staff, the level of service was really good and they attended to all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after. The day staff were really good and engaged in great conversations with me. The swimming pool and sauna was great and I enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was spectacular, one of the best I have had.

The bed was not very comfortable, it was two single beds that could not be joined together. The pillow was not comfortable either. I think this is the only thing I did not like about the hotel, everything else was great.

The room was a bit small but still comfortable with all the usual things provided (tv) but no coffee making facilities. Also, the lift did not service where our room was so a number of stairs had to be negotiated with cases.

Fairly nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and sauna area. Helpful staff and a good choice for breakfast. Fairly close to town so easy to walk around and see things and there was a good parking area at the hotel.

It was a little noisy the corridors are all tiles so anyone banging doors or talking reverberates around a lot.

This hotel had everything you could imagine. Rooms were extremely clean. Toiletries and bottles of nice sparkling water was a nice touch. The triple room was very spacious and it consisted of a separate area for the third sleeper. The pool and sauna area was very impressive. My children would not leave there until 9.30 pm. We had so much fun. There is also an outdoor tennis court and underground football and volleyball pitches. Relatively early check in will allow you to enjoy your stay fully, so come early. All staff were very polite. We did not have breakfast as it was not included in our reservation. It is £12 pp extra.

Great staff, very clean, very tidy, quiet and a nice place. We will go back in the future.

The weather was super hot (32+C) so this is exceptional. The room was quite small and south facing so was exposed to full sun all day (June time), so without aircon it was very warm on our last night, I recommend asking for a room on the North side if the weather is going to be hot. Perhaps install aircon - expensive. Perhaps fit external blinds to help with keeping the walls cool - also expensive Fans, these would have just blown already very warm air around the room.

The hotel has a lot of activities available, tennis, 5 a side football, 10 pin bowling to name a few. Also a lovely swimming pool and tv lounge Breakfast was great with a big selection available The staff are friendly and really helpful

Good location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free car parking. Cable TV with a lot of tv chanel’s. Good and steady WiFi connection.

Air condition sister in the rooms would be preferable.

No fridge in the room. The restaurant is closed on Saturday and only from 6 p.m. on Sunday, which is a bit too late for a family with small children to eat dinner.

I had a late booking and the hotel managed to get everything ready in a short period of time. Room was small but all I needed and breakfast was decent. Staff working at the front office at night did not speak English but somehow we managed to "understand" each other.

Have stayed there before and returned because it was ideal for us as a location and that the staff and facilities were excellent
