The location, well set back from a main road, meant that any traffic noise was inaudible. The reception area was easy to navigate, and the lift was of a good size. Breakfast was ample, and the choice of foods was excellent.

Tiny quibbles: the room (212) was ostensibly on the second floor but was in fact on the first, so it took a moment or two to find. The kitchen was very well equipped, but seemed to lack any washing up liquid or cleaning cloths. We didn't realise that everything was designed to be put in the dishwasher! Probably we didn't read the guide notes carefully, but a little sheet with information placed by the sink would have been helpful. Otherwise, fine.

Room easily houses 4 people, given 2 sleeping spaces are in a "living area". This is a hotel apartment so you have a full kitchen for your use. The bathroom is big and has both shower and a bath. The staff were amazing and had set up a bar allowing for later hours of use with the Rammstein music etc. It was amazingly thoughtful.

Nothing in the stay was unsatisfactory. Rooms were on more expensive side for booking, but it is a high season and the city was seeing uptick of the travelers due to the concert. We had a wonderful experience at the property.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Friendly staff and very spacious appartement.

Staff was friendly but sometimes a little oblivious when asked questions. Asked to rent a bike, came down and had a flat tire which couldn't be fixed for some reason.

The pool and fitness center are both really well maintained. The hotel is a short walk into town and the many cafes/restaurants. Being able to cook in the apartment is a handy option to have with children and the apartment comes with a good sized dining and kitchen area.

We had to be checked in by 9pm. A staff member rang us to find out our arrival time and luckily we made it before they closed up for the night.

Staff is well trained and extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was no microwave in the room. The staff made up for it by heating up our food in their own microwave.

the place wasn’t super clean. we used the oven and there was nasty stuff stuck on it and it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. it was also obvious that the pool wasn’t cleaned because we would see the same stuff floating on the pool the next day

I read a lot of reviews before coming here. It seemed like a 50/50 deal, but I’m glad I chose this place as a surprise weekend getaway for my boyfriend and me. The staff was friendly and kind. The spa area was great, and since someone in the reviews mentioned that it closes sooner, I messaged the hotel and made it clear about working time.

Well, it was pretty cold in the bathroom because of no conditioner. The soap stopped after washing hands for the 3rd time. Overall, those are just a small things.

The fridge was a bit noisy. Some quests were noisy (phone call on the balcony at 3am), but of course that's not the hotel's fault.

Veronique at the reception was very helpful and friendly! It is great that we could store our mountainbikes safely. The Apartment was super clean and the balconies were a nice surprise.
