The location is great. Check in easy and welcomed staff. There is enough parking space.

There was no fridge in the room of a 4star hotel .Our room was a the end of corridor where all cleaning equipment , storage was also the trolleys etc. It was bit loud when they started the shift in the morning. What was not comfortable was the breakfast buffet where is not enough space to walk with 2 people. It is a space of maybe 80cm between 2 buffets and it is not comfortable to squeeze between each other. There was a disabled person and she had problems with driving in that small space. Everyone else had to wait until the lady could find what she wanted for breakfast. However the breakfast was good quality and staff friendly. Good coffee and Aquarius juices.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, comfort room, great location, convenient parking on site and an exceptional evening meal. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here marred only by……..

……a soiled toilet! Come on guys, one of prerequisites of any hotel, no matter what the cost, is cleanliness. I would have marked this hotel a 10 without hesitation but I couldn’t because when you have to clean the evidence of the previous guest’s ablutions from the toilet pan it rather negates a maximum score.

Excellent well built, nicely decorated, comfortable lobby, restaurant and rooms.

No airco. So as the climate and the summer continues to warm, sleeping at night will become a problem. We traveled at the end of June. It was warm but not yet unbearably hot. So we opened a window and used the fan. August, however will be another story. Great, opulent, designer created double bathtub: it was OK to step into, took an hour to fill, but then a true challenge to exit. Do designers ever really use the stuff they create?

Excellent bathroom, modern-spacious-clean and....big!!! Room was on the ground floor, ideal for an elderly couple. Self service Breakfast was great! Well kept building, fresh flowers and delicious Fish & Chips, our favorite main dish, yum!!

Check-in lady could have been friendlier, the other members of the staff were very nice to us! The mattresses were horrible, although being new...

Clean, generously sized room. Good temperature control. Spacious bathroom, plenty of towels. Good restaurant. Good dinner and standard 3/4 star breakfast. Near to the Dunes which are quite spectacular. Nice quiet edge of town location. No noise at night or day.

Toaster broken, chipped glass in stack, a spillage, admittedly not obvious, in the room. Very minor problems compared to how good everything else which was so good.

Nice location, Coffe/Tee option in room, enough power sockets for charging devices, room size Ok, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Nice breakfast.

In the bathroom, the shower doors could need a better gasket, to prevent flooding the floor.

Superb, top quality hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in top condition. A super breakfast and Quality dining in the restaurant. Off street parking. Very peaceful night. Great location for the coast and local towns.

Comfortable bed, enought space, coffee/tee in room, spacious bathroom.

Too warm in the room, despite the weather being 21 to 24 degrees Celsius. Some fan (ventilator) would really help, not necessarily Air conditioning, just a ceiling fan or tower ventilator would already help a lot.

A lot of ads in the room. Like a lot! They try to sell you lotions, delivery food, loyalty programs. They ask you not to get food, so on an so forth. It feels a bit like the start of a movie in the cinema. You pay for a movie and you need to sit through 30 minutes ads. Didn't I pay for the room? Or are the ads paying for it? Also the room was quite dusty when we arrived.

Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs and bacon. The texture and taste of the eggs suggested to me they started as a prepared mix. The bacon had been cooked en masse and not dried so it was greasy .. and as a steam table cant keep things very hot the grease dominated the taste and rather upset my stomach. The rest was very good .. especially nice fresh bread!
