Brilliant hotel, immaculate, beautifully designed and interior. Parking opposite, they give you the ticket to exit without charge. Restaurant downstairs with lovely white table cloth dining, dinner was superb, and beautiful tasty large breakfasts with prosecco, juice, coffee, croissants, pan au Chocolat, fruit, yoghurt, egg, pate, cheeses and ham. The rooms are so luxurious and comfy beds and pillows. Huge walk in shower with overhead and hand held shower, separate toilet. Hairdryer provided and adjustable room heat/ cool. So lovely, it was perfect, we were so happy! Really lovely happy staff.

All perfect and met certainly expectations, very very nice and creative rooms, whole building, including the chill out 007 seating area is absolutely top, very hospital staff. Breakfast (served on table, no buffet) was OK and very nicely served but no delight experience! Nothing to complain about BUT for the premium price of this type of boutique hotels, the breakfast itself could benefit from little elements extra which makes if special and that was not the case.

The rooms, building and whole environment is a delight experience and than you expect for the breakfast the similar. Once again, nothing to complain about, very nicely served but misses that little extra quality/creativity in regards the total price!

Very stylish, cosy and high quality hotel. Everything has been thought out to the last detail. Excellent breakfast. The hospitality is top notch. The hotel is located in the heart of the loveliest Sluis. We spent three lovely days with a bike ride to the sea, a visit to Bruges, and wandered around the shops and fish market of Sluis. The Easter breakfast was particularly marvellous.

Everything about this boutique hotel was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Bedding was high quality. On site car parking opposite the lobby. Breakfast was amazing. The quantity and quality was beyond my expectations. Staff in the restaurant went out of their way to provide excellent service.

Separate toilet had no sink in it to wash your hands straight away….don’t mind having the toilet separate but there should be a sink in there. Other than that though everything else was exceptional

Everything! What's not to like: we stayed in the loft, lovely room, smartly designed, very quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful and all the staff was wonderful!

Amazing breakfast, one of the best we've had in a long time, nice hotel territory. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Location is fantastic as well.

The roof creaked a little at night in the garden suite but I suppose it's inevitable given the hotel weather we experienced and that the roof is wooden.. Overall a very minor point, rest of the stay was fantastic.

Very nice hotel and very nice room. Heidi and Martin were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly.

We loved the family room we had, the staff and their kindness, the facilities proposed in the hotel, the hotel and the cosy and at home atmosphere. It was perfect.

there are outside steps leading up to the room , we were ok with those but quite steep
