Location was great, beautiful view from the windows, and the room itself was very small but cozy and it had a shower. It's definitely worth visiting but rather in summer and not in the cold springtime.

I didn't like that nobody informed us about hot water limits (about 10 mins for 2 people). Also, the air conditioning wasn't working well and there was quite chilly.. I understand costs and ecological reasons, too but I'd appreciate if someone from the reception informed me in advance. In April the evening and night was still cold and it shouldn't be like that.

If you are traveling through this beautiful city and want to be an a centralized location, it is great place to stay. A lot of bang for your buck. The one thing I would highlight (not really a negative, just something to be aware of)... The Bed extends wall to wall and leaves very little floor room. If you are traveling with two people, you just have to not mind changing clothes on the bed.

At one point the two of the house keeping staff got into a verbal altercation... it was loud and some expletives were used... Everyone has a bad day, but it was unprofessional.

Very friendly staff! The location is really good and the history of the building is really interesting! The rooms are minimalistic but comfortable The food is excellent bang for buck! The portions are generous and the food is great

Because the room is small it does get fairly warm.

The person that was at reception was really kind and cool, she manages different languages so you wont have problem with her, um abraço dos seus convidados ibéricos

Everything was perfect

The bed was comfortable. The tiny room was small but nice with my own shower and tv. Staff were friendly. Location is good access to shops and restaurants.

The toilets were not clean. And I can hear the guy next to my room while he was talking on his phone.

I found an amazing p, a place with history and I felt I was sleeping in a museum, very well preserved and close to the original place where I could feel a travel in time. I'll be back some day..

The location near the train station. My friend left his key in the room during our check out. The receptionist was so helpful to us. Definitely will comeback here again

The toilet was bit smelly..but not a big deal.

super location, nice bar also downstairs, great big double bed, room with a window, nice personnel

we could not open the window, not enough hooks to hang our cloths, jackets on, no small (foldable ) shelf to put the luggage/bags on

Great location, very central, and bed was comfy. Staff was welcoming and helpfull.

Only wish we had a toilet in our room but since it wasn't that long walk to the toilet stalls it wasn't a big issue
