Fact is carpark Q-Arsennal just one minute walk to the B&B.continental breakfast,perfekt .15 € for 24 hours stay in the multistorey car park is a good price .We booked online and the car park is operated using ANPR system. The BnB right in the Bar and restaurant part of the town.Key system 6 digit code,works good.

Nothing,perfect place to get your head down for the night..

Great location, nice little hotel, friendly staff, cosy room, soft bed (to soft for me, my girl liked it a lot), clean bathroom. We were there for the ,,zomerparkfeest" which is a very nice festival (music, culture, ...) and only maybe 1000m away from this hotel. All in all very good and nice!

The hole town was in party mood, so there was noise till 5 o'clock am on the street. It was no problem for us, but we were surprised :D

Room and bathroom was very clean. Also the rest of things was perfect!!!! We will back for sure! Best regards :)

Hi, No fridge in room (small minus),no private parking and not much toilet paper. Also not toothpicks. But the rest of was really good.

Excellent breakfast, nice clean rooms.

Access code didn’t work on one room. There was no contact number to call as we arrived at 2000 hrs. The problem was solved by a helpful local and we were compensated with a luxury breakfast. However, when you are tired after many hours of travel, you can do without chasing hotel staff.

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and the rooms were large and clean.

The small steps of the stairs, but this can not be changed because of the old building. Rooms one and two can also be very noisy because of the bar at night at least from Sunday to Monday, but the accommodation provides earplugs.

Characterful and convenient. Excellent communal space. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Bike storage an issue but they let us store them in the corridor. A nuisance for other guests.. Great restaurant opposite owned by same company. Be aware of very steep and narrow stairs.. Two flights to bedrooms.

In both hotel and restaurant a little work on customer service would help guests feel more welcome. It did improve with time.

Great central location and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind and spoke fluent German and English.

Lovely bright sunny room. Substantial breakfast. Parking very close by & reasonable.

Not our problem but maybe would be noisy on a weekend night. we were there on a Monday & very quiet. Maybe a bread toaster in the common area.

Nice location in the town and a really great breakfast. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here.
