Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Great pillows on the bed. Excellent shower. God Continental breakfast with a la carte elements. Lots of parking incl. Electric fast chargers. Slightly too far out of town to walk, but they have bicycles available. Would recommend.

No welcome package in the room. Tool me a while to find information on the TV. Also a 7.50 add-on charge for room service,, on top of fairly steep menu prices, is excessive.

We came to watch the football game so the location was the reason that we booked it but the room was spacious and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

It is a conference hotel so expect parties and loud noises. They warned us about the football game but honestly, the conference was worse. Not an issue for us but would be for anyone traveling with kids. Also, the windows looked down into the conference, so no outside window.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The design overall is very nice with the rooms laid out around an atrium with a nice piece of light art drawing you in. The bathroom is designed in a spacious and original way, too, with an Italian style shower, separate wash basin area and again separate toilet. Easy to park. Staff was very friendly and provided us with very useful information even for a very brief stay.

It is quite a way from the centre, so you need a car to get about. Our room was quite loud with the noise from the motorway, but I think there are other sides of the building that do not have this noise. Also, I am very sensitive to noise.

Room was quite and very clean. I liked the rituals in the bathroom. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always smiling. It was very easy to park with a very reasonable amount of money. In general I liked my stay.

Location to the center. You need to walk for more than 30 mins, which was fine for me though. There also bus option which is quicker.

Perfect practical location for a stopover for onwards travel, with easy access off the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. As a bonus it was only a 30 minute stroll into the centre of Zwolle along a pleasant river walk, which was a welcome distraction for a couple of hours before we went on our way.

The Front Desk staff was fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They were able to handle any requests we had. The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning staff were very helpful and provided us with extra towels at a moments notice. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only issue we had is that the internet listing indicated that the rooms are "air-conditioned", and that is absolutely not true. There is a "climate control" system in place, and the Front Desk personeel were very helpful in assisting with that, and they provided us with a fan for the roomn, so it became comfortable very quickly.

Staff were excellent, pleasant and professional and were extremely helpful with any and all queries from the lovely reception staff and a note on a young lady from the coffee bar named Amanda who was a credit to the hotel and a very pleasant mature gentleman who worked in the evenings behind the main bar, rooms were very clean and comfortable and more than met expectations and the breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. This was my second time staying here and I had the same experience previously.

Perhaps the location because you need transport really to get anywhere but this is only a small critic, the bar unfortunately closed early on Saturday evening but this was due to a staff member being ill but once again this is a very minor critic

A big, clean and above all very quiet room. While the hotel isn't located in the city center of Zwolle, it's a in very good location to explore nearby places like for example Elburg, Kampen and even Groningen.

Greenwashing. They have the usuals signs indicating they're a "green" hotel, stating they will only change your towels when they're on the floor. However, our towels were changed every day, even when they were not on the floor. Also it wasn't clear how exactly the toilet paper they offer would be used to help save our planet, even though a prominent sign said it would.

Great place. While a bit outside of Zwolle and not easily accessible with public transport (around 5min walk to the nearest bus stop) this place is great for a stay. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need for a short trip (free coffee, safe, hairdryer). The hotel also has bicycles available for rent--either as a regular bike or an ebike--and availability of the bikes was no issue. Upon special request, the bikes were even available before the regular pickup times.

There is no shower door or curtain so a lot of water splashes into the bathroom and makes the tiles fairly slippery. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Arrival is unexpected, looks like entering a fairly deserted parking lot on u Industrial area , you take a ticket at barrier which hotel charges E5 and you drive out easily) actually not impressive to look at , but once inside all changes, decor modern, staff very nice , the hotel is 12 years old but does not look it , we had a nice dinner and breakfast A good alternative to being right in city with the usual parking problems I would recommend this hotel
