Newly refurbished room, comfy main bed, place to store bikes, nice staff, not far from old town

Additional beds with mattresses protected by foil, which you could hear any time the child moved. Not so perfectly clean room (looked like it was cleaned some time ago and not used in the meantime). Only roof windows in the room - fine for one night but it could be less appealing to have no regular windows if we stay longer. The staff at the reception made a mistake while charging my card and I paid more than initially planned (also my mistake that I paid without checking). After I realised they promised to give back the money but it takes some few days already and have not finished yet. So be careful.

Easy to find. Bus stop from train station is within 50m. Includes a restaurant. Adequate and appreciated on a wild, wet cold night. Nice soup. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Staff were helpful to direct me to local attractions and how to catch busses back to the station....there were more options a little further away with more frequent buses. Lift didn't work, but a lovely staff member carried my bag up to my room. Jug and coffee/tea in the room. Nice towels and bed was comfy. Housekeeping staff were friendly. The room was clean. Good lighting in the bathroom. Nice desk to write or use computer at.

I'm not a fan of having a shower over the bath. It would have been good to have an extra grab rail to assist. No room safe. Outdoor smoking area 10m down from my room, which made it a bit noisy at time. There was a bit of machinery noise, but it stopped by 4.30 pm and didn't start until 8.30 am.

The hotel is close to the center; rooms are renovated and new; breakfast was quite good When asked for hand soap, I got a kit: shower gel, body milk, and sponge

Some parts of the hotel were under renovation There were no clothes hangers It was under renovation, so it was just a small tube of shower gel (instead of hand soap), which I finished; therefore, i had to ask for more

Staff are helpful and kind. Spacious room and excellent facilities. Safe and secure that make the stay relaxed.

Next to main road that makes it noisy with window open in summer time.

The hotel location is very good. So close to center of zwolle. Hotel stuff are really good and very helpfull. Thank you to again to them.

Excellent value for money! A room with everything you need. Next to the hotel is a beautiful historical part of the city, which is pleasant and interesting to walk around!

Close to downtown, friendly staff, great breakfast and helpful customer service

The shower curtain was dirty and the mattresses were extremely sink through. We also Couldnt lean against the wall because the beds are on wheels and slide away when we did

Have stayed before and like the location, just away from the busy town centre.

Lift not functioning but, in fairness, The Campanile did email us with plenty of notice and apology

water accumulates in both sink and bath for a long time, no electric power socket for teeth irrigator. It requires more power than shaving device. window was locked and can’t be opened for the fresh air.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, cozy room, friendly staff, convenient walkable area, close to the city center.
