Very cold when we checked in (around 17C) and bed room heater was not switched on. Request to switch on the heater during winter before guests check in and also to keep the temperature at 21 C atleast. Thanks

All great, everything we needed for long weekend. Good broadband, TV, fridge , cooker. Safe parking for two motorcycles. 50 mins from Assen circuit. Good host.

Nothing we didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B in Hattem. The place was cozy and very clean, had everything we needed for the one night. Frans has an amazing garden and my daughter was allowed to feed the chicken and collect eggs which were for us to keep. The place is a little outside of Zwolle but easy and quick to reach by car. You can hear the highway when you are outside but inside the house it is surprisingly quiet.

The only downpoint we could think of was the noise from the highway but like I mentioned above, you barely hear it inside.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was comfortable and excellent value for the money!

The location is a bit out of the way.
