It was very sophisticated and nice. I love the modern decor and how spacious the rooms were

I do wish the gym was bigger and had more equipment and facilities in the spa

Room was very spacious and comfortable, everything was there and very well presented, super comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and worth every cent , perfect eggs and a great choice of breakfast sides and starters.

Expensive beef steak was disappointment but i guess that's modern aged steak - this one was tough and barely digestible. Entrecôte steak was perfect mind so no complaints overall.

Safe inside the room was broken (although the very kind staff let me place some items in their safe at reception, which worked just as well) Room was a little dusty

This was a return stay and as enjoyable as several years back. The staff were efficient and very friendly and the meals were plentiful with a good choice. Our room was large, clean and comfortable.

The staff were super Friendly and attentive. Beautiful hotel, can't fault the hospital. The wellness area was lovely. If the hotel adds a swimming pool this would be superb, but can't mark the hotel down. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel.

Loved everything

The room was so spacious and it was a grand hotel - enormous foyer huge car park easy access to freeway. Good amenities clean and comfortable. Staff bending over backwards to serve you

10 minutes outside Zwolle by car apart from that nothing

Excellent Restaurant and bar. The quality is very good. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. I'd stay there again and recommend it for a short get away.

It is really far outside of the city centre, the surroundings of the hotel are not really inspiring and it is a bit pricy. A bit a shame this place has no swimming pool, but that is no dealbreaker to me.

The room was spacious clean and very modern! Loved the bathroom which has both shower and a bath. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of different options

Location isn’t too great, just off a highway.

Staff very hospitable and professional.

1. No laundry service. 2. When you give permission to skip room cleaning but choose the option to have the towels, room is not cleaned and thats expected but towels are not provided as well. This was done systematically and not by mistake.

We came from a wedding and checked in very late (1:30 am) but we were helped very friendly at the reception desk and could check in and go to bed immediately.
